I got the winter special of massage and facial. Great experience. I have a lot of knots in my back. She really tailored the massage to get into those and release them. (Which I asked for). I have struggled to find massage therapist willing to do that before. Most therapists prefer to stick to a routine massage. It’s great finding one who’s willing to focus on your target areas. The facial was lovely as well. Very relaxing and I am a huge fan of the organic spa range. Was nice to use those products again

It was the most amazing treatment that I have ever had. Being a lover of spa services in various salons as well as overseas I cannot recommend Mind and Body studio more highly. I rebooked as soon as I was finished feeling completely relaxed and looking forward to my next visit!

Loved our infrared sauna session. My friend and I were able to have a lovely catch up all whilst doing self care. The sauna was very roomy and the place very clean.

I had a rebalance package and wow was it worth it. The experience from start to finish was amazing , by getting this package there was enough time to relax into the entire process. I felt refreshed and centred once it was finished.

A beautiful space, Corrina knew what I needed before I even knew! The massage was perfect and really helped take away months muscle tension and gave advice about what i need to do stretching wise and what muscle groups to focus on for therapy post partum, Thankyou again! 10/10
