Kristy and Dave from Mills and Franks are a power couple with an eye for detail, wicked organisational skills and are truly passionate about bringing your unique vision to life. My husband and I were struggling to pull it all together 4 months out from our wedding. We both work busy jobs and the stress of daily emails and phone calls to vendors, questions we didn't know answers to and organising logistics between vendors and venue (to name a few..) was starting to build up. I knew we needed help and found Kristy and Dave through our florist Pia & Jade, who has partnered with Mills & Franks to deliver a convenient all in one package of wedding planning, coordination, florals and styling. From the moment I enquired with Kristy about their package, I received a phone call that day to discuss my needs, vision, timeline and how she was going to help me get there. I immediately felt a weight off my shoulders and had full confidence in her ability. Working with Kristy was like planning a wedding with my best friend who just happened to be highly resourceful and a master of spreadsheets and communications. We talked over Whatsapp pretty much daily. Any time a question popped into my mind I could ask it and Kristy would have an answer. We had an issue with sourcing a vendor to install fairy lights at the venue and Dave went and bought and installed it himself. No fuss. Kristy was fully present all weekend to perfectly coordinate and execute the welcome event, wedding day and recovery event. Down to the little details like steaming my dress and all of the bridesmaids dresses and driving them to the venue the day before. Just one example of all the little moments that make a huge impact on your once in a lifetime event. My husband and I can happily say that we lived in every moment of our wedding because we had Kristy there working over every detail so that we didn't have to. Looking back, I actually shudder to think about how different the day could have been if we tried to do it ourselves. Working with Kristy and Dave was the best decision we made for our wedding.
