seemed like a good idea until we arrived. could not find a clean table to sit at. Staff were not clearing for some reason. when ordered the staff weren’t friendly or polite. i asked them to clear out table. came out and took half of the items. brought out our food before the coffee and placed on the table with the remaining dirty plates. no wipe down of the table.
i chose the slow cooked brisket burger however the brisket was not cooked enough and was still quite chewy and needed a knife and fork to eat
pancakes were nice. big serve
coffee was nice.

The high tea display looked good , however cracked and leaking tea cup. Hot food wasn't hot. Hot food was crumbed and deep fried something.! And was off .almond macaroon and fruit shortbread pasty were stale. Scones and sandwiches were nice though.

Friendly service but unfortunately disappointed with the drinks. we got two frappes, the coffee frappe wasn’t very cold and the fruit frappe was just cordial/syrup and water, and was very watery, could barely taste anything. for $10+ a drink i wasn’t very happy with what we got. for that price syrup and water just seems a bit insane.

Coffee was really good and smoothie was refreshing. There are a lot of smoothies to pick from on the menu. Eggs Benedict were good, didn't enjoy the omelette though so I won't order that again. It was overcooked on the outside and I think bacon goes better in an omelette than ham. Food and drinks came out quick, we were there at 9am on a weekend and it wasn't too busy, but when 10am hit it got super busy! Very popular. Lots of goodies to choose from in the glass cabinet too.

Busy. Overpriced drinks. Ordered a Mango, Guava and Lychee Frappe for over $10 which tastes like water with a hint of cordial, which is really disappointing given the price. I could've just blended some ice and cordial at home for less than a dollar.

Yeah I will never be coming here again! Waited 30 minutes for a hot chocolate and coffee. Was not informed on the wait while ordering that would had been nice. A woman ordered after us got her order prior us. Observing the conversation I assume she is a regular. By the time we got our drinks they were so HOT we couldn’t enjoy our drinks.
