I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for my mother & myself. The location was just near where my sister lives & we had flown to Adelaide for a family christening. We had a car. The web site states that the bedrooms have queen beds & are spacious rooms. In reality this is not the case. The photos on the web site do not reflect the true state of the bedrooms in the apartment we were given. One bedroom could barely fit the double bed making it difficult to move in the room. The apartment was dark & very basic. It appeared clean. The telephone is a joint line with the other apartments. The kitchen had very little in the way of utensils/plates/glasses. We did not unpack! I contacted Ian at reception & stated that we would not be staying & had found alternate accommodation. Within 10 minutes I returned the keys. I am demanding a refund as the goods were not what I purchased. Jenny H

We were originally only going to stay for a few days but decided to stay for a week as from when you arrive this place definately has the WOW factor for us. We were blown away from the outside of this mansion and when we stepped inside WOW. We had a back room which was great with young kids and we didn't hear the traffic from the road at all. We loved the courtyard which is private and secure for the kids. It even had a clothes line and washing machine which was very convienient for us with young kids. The inside was very modern and has everything you would expect, open plan living areas and the bedrooms were a great size. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, we were very happy with the high standard of this place. It is a credit to the owners, Thanks for an enjoyable stay, we will be back.

The place where you collect the keys in town looks tired and run down, and I thought this was not a good omen. But when we reached the Apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. OK, maybe not the Ritz, but a decent sort of clean Apartment. 'Kitchen' equipment is a bit sparse, but we did not go there to cook.....||||Location was perfect for us, also very close, within walking distance, of major shopping centre, and several Restaurants.

Where shall I begin, firstly the system where you need to pick your apartment keys up from the city is ridiculous, especially if you are relying on cabs.||The apartments are average and over-priced. The 'kitchen' consists of a microwave, kettle and toaster and that's about it.||The heating does not work. Smells from other apartments linger around the building.||No restaurants or convenience stores within miles...again, kind of irritating when you are travelling on business. The traffic noise is horrid, right on very busy main road..||No extra bedding - great for when the heating doesn't work.||Don't let the exterior photos fool you, this place should be 2 star.

In Oct.2014 we paid $1,375 for a 2bedroom unit for 5nights for 22nd.to 27th Dec. This was for family arriving by air from interstate for the Christmas period. On the 22nd. We collected the key from City Motel and armed with hired cot,luggage and food supplies we arrived at the unit to find another family with 4 children had moved in the previous day. What ensued the next 5 hours was unbelievable, excuses,no apologies from the person who made the booking who said he was only a "worker". Eventually we were offered 2 alternatives,a substandard unit nearby and a 3bedroom unit ,noisy on the corner of 2 major roads and not near any facilities. We then demanded the unit we paid for which we eventually received after the other family was relocated. With other family arriving from overseas we did not need this stress and disappointment. Not recommended for poor||Management. Cleanliness of unit rather poor. Dalia
