Location excellent. Staff excellent. Nice size TV. Balcony. Bathroom a bit out dated. Bed comfy lots of pillows. Power point for sleep apnea machine behind bed however bed rolled out easily to set up. Free parking first in best dressed basis, but ample spots. Otherwise everything was fine.

I booked two balcony rooms both of which were lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds a spacious bathroom and a microwave, tea/coffee facilities and free WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is right next door to a massive Westfield shopping center and directly downstairs is a nice cafe. The only negative thing I would mention is the two lifts were very slow only one seemed to be working so you did have to wait awhile each time but it wasn't a big issue. Our overall experience was great and I would certainly stay again if I was in the area.

Rooms were nice. Had everything we needed. The bathrooms came with soap, shampoo, conditioners and other creams & lotions. ||Rooms are very clean!! Was pleasantly surprised when I received a knock on the door asking if I'd like the room serviced. ||Parking can be a little snug.

Pillows were very soft. Bed was nice and comfy. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and had a sense of humour which was a welcome change! Counter staff rang to check on our arrival when we didn't arrive on time. Would stay there again. Room didn't have a view but that was OK.

The hotel is centrally located in Miranda close to all amenties. Cafe below for morning coffee or breakfast . Coffee making facilities only. No Microwave. Rooms are clean, neat and tidy. Price for overnight stay is reasonable. Staff are only happy to help if needed. Will use again.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Across the road from Westfields and train station. A short train trip to Cronulla Beach or head into the city. No need to use a car. On site parking. About 5 km to Cronulla Beach, about 20 km to the city. Not far from the airport. Peaceful and quiet location. Great value.

Great location and friendly staff - this place was perfect for what we needed for a quick get away at a great price. Very Comfy beds and surprisingly quiet for such busy and centrally located accommodation. Very clean and tidy. No not five star, but with everything around you - you do not need it. We will be back - thank you.

The Metro Miranda is well situated and close to a major shopping centre, the Sutherland Hospital, train and bus stations, Cronulla beach.||The staff are pleasant and friendly, helping with all requests.||The little cafe next to the hotel serves great coffee and food. ||The rooms are clean, neat, and tidy. ||If you feel energetic, you can use the gym below the hotel for the casual rate of $10.
