Lovely hotel, great location and reasonably priced . The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was excellent and exceptionally clean. Very happy with the whole experience. Also great free coffee bar in reception. Will definitely stay again as it's very close to Darling Harbour.

Location is fantastic for our needs with a little walk to light rail/trains. Our room was a great size and very comfortable. The only thing of note is that the shower is over the bath tub which is not overly safe. Will definitely be staying here again

A quiet well-located hotel that offers good value for money. Room was clean and well appointed. I would use again for work related accommodation that is walking distance from Central Station if only using hand luggage. Good local coffee shops.

Large room with view and balcony. Few inclusions; instant tea and coffee but no biscuits! Although prepaid, they took $100 and I'm still waiting to get it back! That's my one negative about the place. Bathroom had good coice of soaps, shampoo etc. Desk and chairs and comfortable king bed and good sofa too.

Rooms are clean and one of the beds were comfortable. Power points are not convenient. There is no (what I consider to be) restaurant. Parking on site was good. Unfortunately they don't have sound proofing at all and there were noisy guests all three nights I stayed. Ended up buying earplugs. The room was 2 stories up and above the entrance so a lot of noise from that too. Customer service was ok.

Lovely clean and quiet hotel with spacious rooms, in good location. I was at a conference in Sydney and this was the perfect resting place. Quiet and comfortable. Large rooms with comfortable lounge and bed, tables and chairs as well as a good sized balcony outside with table and chairs. Bathroom was neat and clean and even had a bath. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Check-in was quick and easy as was checked out. Very close to UTS function Centre where I had to go, 3 minutes walk. Close walk to Central station and buses on Broadway. Also noticed a cute jazz club nearby :-). Definitely recommend this place.

The worst hotel check in - we have ever had, Extremely rude receptionist J. We signed No party policy but It is noisy in the corridor into the late night hours anyway. Light from the corridor comes into room from the door gap. We can hear next doors phone conversation until 1 am in the morning. Shower is bathtub, probably not suitable for older people . We will definitely avoid this hotel when travelling to Sydney next time. Value is not there.
