Just had the best experience today at Merse. It was first time and everything was above expectation. Booking was easy, Jacklyn at reception was so friendly , knowledgeable and really made my daughter and I feel welcome. The massage was fantastic, so relaxing.

UPDATED REVIEW: I originally rated Merse Wellness Holmview as 1 star and gave them a scathing review due to physical injury caused by their massage services. I had chest pain, couldn't breath and had to seek medical treatment. After the branch ignoring contact for 3 weeks, I was contacted by the Regional Manager to resolve this matter.

Credit where credit is due, I do believe the Regional Manager handled it to the best of her ability, dealing with a flaky independent contractor and a slack accounts team. Because of the regional manager, I have bumped up my review to 3 stars, which personally I feel is being generous.

However it took 2.5 months of back and forth communication about compensation, and the accounts team still skimped on the agreed upon cost of compensation (written in email), which is just dishonorable and unethical business. I'm not wasting my time anymore chasing pennies. For the amount of time taken and for cutting compensation short of the agreed amount, I will not give the last two stars. I wanted to give Merse Wellness a chance to redeem themselves, but this whole experience has been painful (literally with chest pain and difficulty breathing) and frustrating. I don't really recommend going here or dealing with them.

All the best with Merse Wellness. I hope they handle matters better in the future.

I had an incredible experience at Merse Wellness Spa! The staff were so friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in. The facilities are absolutely amazing—clean, modern, and truly luxurious. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Unfortunately not a good experience at all. Booked online for a massage as this was my only day off around christmas and needed my neck released as it was really sore. i arrived stood there for a little bit and the receptionist comes and sees me tells me the massage therapist won't be coming because i need to book two hours in advance the receptionist was super blunt it felt like it was my problem . No where on the Merse website says anywhere that you need to book 2 hours in advance to give the therapist time to arrive. The website let me book really easily. She then couldn't book me for another time that day and i would need to rebook for sometime in January I asked for a refund and was told 'maybe' i could get a refund they put it as a credit on your account. She can't do the refunds only her manager can which i can understand no worries. I called the fitness cartel next door and got hold of the manager a really nice guy was able to process the refund straight away. Just a bit of feedback i definitely recommend Merse wellness really needs their staff to have more training in how to accommodate situations when it's not the customers fault & your online bookings .. It's disappointing as it's only down the road and i go to the gym next door. The refund was done and that was that. Won't be returning.

Havent even been here yet but would give it a ZERO if i could.
Brought x2 vouchers when they had a big brand sale 27th November 2024- went to go book today to use them only to be told they were only valid for 2 weeks. I asked where it said that in the email and Ashley replied "I'm not really sure" I asked if they were now invalid and she said yes.

Despite the vouchers only costing $9 each it's still really poor form- poor communication- nothing in writing stating it was only valid for 2 weeks.

An amazing and relaxing experience but the benefits after training for me are incredible. I definitely notice a huge difference in my recovery when I don't go after leg day! Highly recommend

Such a great place to detoxify, not very busy since you have to make a booking and really cool that they are connected to fitness cartel. Right after a gym session you can relax and enjoy a hot sauna, cold plunge and hot spas. Also they have compression sessions which is a must, more details in their website.
