90% of the staff in this cafe have zero comprehension of what a large flat white is …… but, hey, when you ask for a large flat white you’ll always get a half cup of latte. Any chance of training your baristas to make what the customer asks for or are they just too lazy or stupid to bother.

My wife and I attended your cafe for breakfast at 0915am on Saturday 2/2/25 it was the worst meal I’ve ever experienced at a pump outlet my coffee was cold my wife’s eggs Benedict was soggy muffin not toasted it had to be returned for attention it came back with very little toasting and a soggy mess I have to say we’re extremely disappointed with our breakfast we won’t be returning to this outlet the weekend is our outing we’re terribly disappointed. I took your advice and forwarded you an email only to be informed I’m unable to communicate via this email link I have to be a member of this group

I and my husband stopped there to grab coffee and quick breaky (not DT).
They use different coffee beans for iced long black which is great, and we got chicken wrap & ham cheese croassant. Everything was better than I expected, but Im bit scared to use drive through as some bad reviews.

Unfortunately this Pump Express has gone down hill. Service is painfully slow for the takeaway, and the last two visits I’ve had to take my orders back. This morning I wait 14.5minutrs for raisin toast and I get to work, unwrap it and it’s burnt. Fantastic. Not. I was starving too….. Never again. You’ve lost my business..

Came in to kill a little bit of time waiting for an event, ordered an iced tea and a toasted sandwhich. Paid but then was informed that they just ran out of chicken.

Tamara was awesome. She made sure i got food that came to the value of the toasted sandwhich and also gave a complimentary coffee card.

Amazing service and will 100% be coming back!

My wife and I for the past 4 years have gone to the Pump/Merlo to get lunch and coffee every Sunday. As we are both in wheelchairs it was a good choice compared to other fast food rubbish. As of last weekend everything good was removed from the drive through menu. Sadly we probably won't return ( though the coffee and coffee thick shake were the best anywhere).
