The place was very comfortable and upscale. The walk to the commuter train (Green Square Station) an easy walk, but Uber was tough to beat for convenience. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby too. We ended up paying our rental car in the hotel’s spacious garage and relied on public transportation to save on the stress of parking downtown. Great stay.

Customer service was exceptional - I mentioned not being familiar with starting TV with app. They helped me to the room and set this up. And a follow up phone call to check everything was OK.||Shops just a short walk away. ||Train and buses nearby to get to the city - I found the bus nice and close and easy to use.||Studio room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very comfy bed and fluffy towels.

Loved the openness of the rooms. Adequate kitchen. Had everything I needed. No noises from close road or neighbors. Comfy bed.

Room was still dirty from previous occupant, street noise incredibly loud. Loud to the point of booking a room at another hotel for a night just to get to sleep during the course of a long term stay The suite was also full upon arrival of fruit/vinegar flies which lingered and landed on every surface. Missing basic crockery and utensils in the kitchen eg coffee cups amongst many other things and toiletries/dish washing and laundry liquid not supplied. Took a week to get relocated to a different room as a long stay client even though not fully booked. Staff varied from indignant to lying to apologetic. Never knew who to trust. Wifi constant dropping out. Would never stay again.

The room is clean and modern, but the company's 3-day cleaning schedule is rather unusual. When we asked for additional toiletries and dishwashing liquid, the response was somewhat confused that we required extra. The place is good value for what it is.

This is a party hotel with lots of young people using it for parties.

Checked in with my family and service was rubbish. Room wasn’t ready even though it was past check-in time.

Stayed here for a week. The service was amazing. Facilities brilliant and the staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning and won't even consider somewhere else. Can't recommend highly enough. Also have to mention only 12 minutes to city and had little shopping centre 2 minutes walk away.
