Room is neat and tidy. Big enough for us(with 1child). The spa and pool area was quiet. The train station is 7min walking distance. It was nothing problem to go to city and strathfield with my child. The staffs were friendly and polite.
I recommended this place because of the staffs bright smile and their friendly attitude.
I really enjoyed this trip. I want to stay here next time again.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in Meriton Mascot! I really loved everything about this suite. Room was clean and neat! Nothing to complain, it just amazing and had all what we needed. Specially thanks to Shelyna for the incredible service! Super helpful and lovely, definitely will stay here again! Big thumbs up for Meriton Mascot Central!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mascot Central. It was our first visit and apartments are beautiful and staff went above and beyond. Will definitely stay at Mascot Central again. Woolworths is close by and the Thai restaurant next to apartments has excellent food. We stay at Meriton whenever we travel. Just a tip - if you want a balcony then request it in your booking as some apartments don’t have balconies. Also a relaxed check out worked well for us.

I had a wonderful stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central. The suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around very simple.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests, which added to the overall positive experience.

The only minor issue was that the cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, but it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay. The other minor issue was that the pool water was not warm enough at least for me. I would still highly recommend Meriton Suites Mascot Central for anyone looking for a great place to stay in a central location with excellent service.

I’m a returning guest and recently stayed for several weeks in July. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. The friendly staff are always helpful, and I especially want to thank Andy from Guest Services. After I checked out, he kindly kept a late-arriving parcel for me and assisted me in arranging pickup. I will definitely return in the future!

I stayed for 10 days, and the excellent customer service at the reception made my stay very enjoyable. However, I think there are a couple of areas for improvement. The slippers weren't provided automatically; I had to request them. Additionally, the pillows were too soft for my liking—I might need to ask for a change. Overall, my experience was exceptionally good!

We're still at Meriton Suites Mascot Central as I write this. The front desk personnel are friendly, accommodating & helpful. The unit we got was all clean. It has a living room with 40-inch(?) TV, a balcony, a bedroom with king bed, enough closet space, dining table for 3, a private bathroom, kitchenette with a full sized ref, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, electric carafe, electric stove/oven, kitchen utensils, china for 4, a dull pair of scissors, a dull knife, bottle opener. The bedroom has its own TV & thick drapes to block the sun. The AC works well & has 2 thermostats. The place is within walking distance of several Asian (open at 10 AM) restaurants (take 2 lefts) and a big grocery store. There's a gym & a heated indoor pool with a whirlpool on the third floor. Next to the pool are 2 vending machines with bottled water & sodas. Tips: Bring your own bottled water if you don't drink tap water. Request for a fourteenth floor room if you want a quiet room. Go to the concierge if you want more clean towels and coffee pods.

Great location for airport, spacious apartments with everything needed including laundry facilities. |Rooms are a bit worn in some places, and the steam room and spa are the pool were out of order at the time. The hotel is close to a supermarket and many restaurants. |Parking easy.
