I recently stayed at Meriton Liverpool, and my experience was extremely disappointing. This was supposed to be a celebratory stay for my birthday, but it was ruined by poor service, hygiene issues, and a complete lack of customer care.

From the moment I arrived, things were off. I noticed a lack of cleanliness in the room, but I brushed it aside, hoping it wouldn’t affect my stay. Unfortunately, it got much worse. I started experiencing painful, itchy bites all over my legs, and the symptoms rapidly worsened. I reported it to staff that changed my room but otherwise unhelpful, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting it was a mosquito problem in the area.
Kenny (manager) came to the room lifted one corner of the sheet and stated there was no bedbugs.

I showed my bites, which looked nothing like mosquito bites, and the multiple staff members, one looked genuinely shocked and concerned telling me seek medical attention. But why? If they are just mosquito bites

Know if the mangers told me he is 100% sure that there is no bed bugs and my bites are 100% mosquito bites.

I moved room and they allegedly closed that room for pest control to come and inspect…. But why? if he is 100% sure that there was no bugs in there?

I spent some time in pain or discomfort instead of celebrating, which was a huge disappointment.

When I requested a reasonable refund to acknowledge the poor experience, Meriton offered a 50% refund OF 1 NIGHT (my booking was for 7nights). Considering the pain, missed celebration, and dismissive service.

Overall, Meriton Liverpool has serious issues with cleanliness and customer service. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and respectful experience. This was a birthday I’ll remember for all the wrong reasons.

Very good location, with taxi rank out the front and a large shopping centre about 5 minutes walk up the road. Aldis was across the road too. Liverpool hospital is a 20 minute walk away. So glad I picked this hotel over another one in the area.

It's about a 20 minute walk from the railway station too.

The downside though was the darn television kept turning off, so that was unenjoyable and the staff member who said he would fix it didn't. Also a panel in the kitchen cabinetry fell on my foot and it actually hurt. The receptionist too didn't tell me how to turn on the lights when I first went into the unit either, so I had to feel along the wall in the dark. Not all of us regularly stay at a hotel.

But overall happy as the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would book there again, but next time I would insist on them showing me how to use the TV properly.

I stayed solo for one night in a studio suite at the Meriton Suites Liverpool, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was impeccably clean and of excellent quality, reflecting its newness. Despite its compact size, the studio suite was well-designed with modern decor that added a touch of sophistication.

The amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed and a convenient kitchenette that met all my needs. The gym and pool were also a great addition, providing a perfect way to relax and stay active during my stay.

The only drawback was the shower head, which had an average water saving shower head on it. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic.

I would highly recommend Meriton Suites Liverpool for anyone looking for a cozy and luxurious stay. The quality of the room and the cleanliness were exceptional, and I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, very modern and stylish apartment style hotels with full kitchens living rooms and balconies. They have a gym, sauna, pool and a spa downstairs as well which is always a massive bonus of any hotel stay. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. The only slight downfall is the location which isn’t in the best area.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with great furnishings. I had the most beautiful sunrise views early int he mornings.
The location is perfect, 100m from a Westfield mall as well as coffee shops next door and across the road. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the underground parking was secure and easy to navigate with easy, secure access to the hotel. I travel extensively and would 100% recommend and restay here.

The room was excellent, but one small service in 4 days.
No EV charger and reception doesn't even help to arrange a power socket.
The location was excellent.
You pay extra $15 per day for parking. Not happy

Stayed there as part of a sporting trip.
The rooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds and brilliant pillows. Full kitchen and laundry facilities would also suit families there for a holday.
Hotel staff were very quick to respond to any requests. They also handled an incident in the foyer between some patrons very swiftly, politely and safely.
There were plenty of dining options within an easy walk of the hotel, together with Westfield being only 100m away for those needing "shopping therapy".
Wouldn't hesitate to stay there in the future if looking for accommodation in the general area.

we payed 500 for a night and they kicked us out during the first 10 minutes of even being in the room because our guardians left for a bit, wasted our money and time, we waited in the lobby for like 3 hours just to be in the room for 20 minutes. all my money was wasted. DONT EVER COME HERE.
