Booked 3 nights, stayed 2 because no early check-in, got the corner room on one of the top floor… incredible view.
Fully featured and all equipments are like new.
But Room was not serviced during the stay !!
24hrs attendees available on level 4, but not 24hrs room services.
The staff are very helpful, and friendly-top scores.
Free 1 hour parking and $40 per day parking within building (there is a $15 a day Wilson parking in open air car park across the road)
Supermarket is also within same building.

The room is clean and nice.
However, the carpets are not always cleaned properly in Meriton.

The location is good,
Woolwols is right under the hotel, so it's convenient.

However, it still doesn't deviate from the Parramatta neighborhood image.

Parking is not possible if you return late to the hotel on the weekend.

I have never been so flabbergasted as when I booked a room with included parking on booking.com, only to be told that "all their parking was sold out, too bad" and then booted out to the street to go find meter parking in the middle of downtown paramatta, where there is not a single free spot of parking as far as the eye can see on a Friday night.
And by the way, "sold out" means random people, not guests, we're using paid parking spots in the hotel.
Were I running the hotel, some lucky pedestrian would be getting towed in under 5 minutes
The absolute audacity to tell your own guest to leave their car on the open street because your parking lot is full of randoms going out to party like some kind of mangy animal. And of course to haul their luggage from their parking spot several streets over.
Room was average. Service was blunt and rude. Paramatta's a nice location but busy.
Update at 1AM: because I am not trusting of western syneys streets on a Friday night, I *made* a parking spot for myself and went to the front desk. Fairly irritated at the stuff-around, I explained that either I am not paying the parking fee of ($50 signposted, but $40 for guests apparently) or I am getting my room refunded. The (early morning shift) staff were happy to help waive that parking fee.
"Parking subject to availability" is not an excuse when you have an entire level dedicated to some childcare centre nearly empty and another for PUBLIC PARKING AT A HOTEL.
There were six other guests in the lobby all with the same problem. At 1AM.
This adds one star for service. At least they waived the parking fee.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay in one of the two bedroom suites.
Clean rooms, two bathrooms (one spacious ensuite) Open living dining with outdoor balcony makes for a very spacious feel ❤️ and the views are amazing ☺️ Sunrise and Sunset ?
I travelled with my Son and Father, it didn't feel cramped at all.
There were three TV'S that you can cast to from your mb.
The washer and dryer are a helpful addition, enabling us to travel/pack light (7kg hand carry only)
I think these suits are worth the money, the view and amenities two thumbs up.
We were on level 46, but there were sufficient elevators assigned for easy speedy access up and down.
We didn't really have to wait long at all.
The Gym although compact, was still workable between the 3 changeable position Flat/Incline/Shoulder Press Machine.
The Cable Pull Down also has a Seated Row, both combined to cover a sufficient Back Workout session (towels provided)
Also, they have a Sauna ? (towels provided)
There is a small Supermarket right next door, handy. We did end up cooking a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top, full sized Fridge/ Freezer.
I would definitely stay here again.
We didn't have much need to contact the Concierge, but they were kind and helpful when asked if there were slippers and toothbrushes available.
Great location.
This Meriton on George Street is only a 7 minute walk into the centre of Paramatta, but there are also lots of restaurants and cafes closer than that.
The Ferry ⛴️ is two minutes walk away as it is right next to the water.

Thank you for a lovely a stay Team.
I still remember your smiling faces.

Meriton Suites on George Street, Parramatta, is an excellent choice for long stays, offering frequent housekeeping services that many other accommodations can't provide as frequently as it should and is valued at an affordable price (at the time I was staying). This makes it ideal for maintaining a clean and comfortable living space during extended visits.

Located in the heart of Parramatta, it’s convenient for exploring the area, with a Woolworths Metro right next door for easy grocery shopping. The suites are newly built, so everything is fresh and modern, and the high-tech lift system, operated by tapping your card, adds an extra level of security and ease.

I recently stayed at Meriton George Street Parramatta and had a mixed experience. While it's good to have a place with a receptionist, unfortunately, the staff were often unhelpful and seemed uninterested in customer service. From the inspection to check-out, the staff's arrogance was evident.

There was no tolerance for simple requests, such as removing shoes in the house, as it was not part of their policy. Ask them anything... they'll say, they don't know/not part of their job.

The check-out inspection was 15 minutes late, and the inspector left fingerprints on the appliances, then asked us to clean them, claiming they were ours. It was frustrating to be told our house was clean except for minor watermarks in the toilet which we cleaned before checking out, only to be charged $100 for a little dust on the dryer. The house was quite dusty when we moved in, which made this charge feel ridiculous.

Overall, dealing with the arrogant staff was challenging. Their attitude likely stems from the building's reputation, but rudeness is not the way to win customers' hearts, especially when the service is mediocre.

The Meriton Suites on George Street, Parramatta, make you feel right at home with their beautiful, clean rooms and lovely staff. Plus, it's quite affordable. I'll definitely be back. It's super close to the stadium, Westfield, a Woolworth metro before and the light rail 100metres down the road which is amazing. The only downside was finding a homemade bong on the balcony—not a great look.

I really like the rooms and amenities. However, something that continually bothers me each time I stay is that the balcony doors are not lockable by guests. I know most people must not be bothered by this but I can't understand why this design decision was made. It is often hard to get a member of the team to come lock the doors.
