The suite was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. While we did experience a couple of minor issues, such as weak cellular reception and a slightly sticky floor, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay. The amenities were good, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Overall, Meriton Suites at Chatswood provided a comfortable stay and great value, and we would consider staying again!

Supposed to be a 5 star hotel, well I think your pushing 3. The elevator system is horrendous! We got late check out for 11.00am, reception rung us at 10.30 saying “check out was at 10.00, your late for check out” unbelievable! It took 2 hours to deliver towels and when they finally came the person delivering them threw them at us. Never ever come back.

Our stay was great! From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from a very friendly gentleman Jacob in the front desk, he’s very polite and professional. Also, he gave us a map, and marked the places we plan to go on the map! It’s like a friend to help you. That was great! The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities to make you feel comfortable. We can do laundry at our room. The hotel is close to transportation, shopping center and good restaurants. Definitely will come back! Recommend!

We took a two bedroom suite on our family vacation to Sydney and we certainly didn’t regret our stay at Meriton! The view was immaculate and we could see the skyline from the balcony but at far. The location was great and there was a 7-11 at a walking distance and the neighborhood was quite yet safe at night. The train station too was at a walking distance making the suite a convenient place to stay.

The receptionist was very friendly and kind, took care of all our requests and guided us well when needed.
Couldn’t recommend the place enough, a great value for money indeed.

Our go-to hotel every trip! Adore the staff and location. Rooms are lovely. I just need some tlc in the bathroom and maybe an updated tv system.

But highly recommended! Parking is a breeze. We will be back

Had an absolutely amazing stay!!

The receptionist was extremely helpful and offered us slightly later check-out to make things easier with our baby in the morning.

The room was great, spacious, clean and welcoming. The only thing to note is the ultra bright white lights... Not very cosy, but there are enough lamps around the apartment to not need the full lights.

We travelled with our 8 month old daughter and it was great that the portacot was set up in our room when we checked in. They also supplied a baby bath, which was super useful and a nice surprise!

Carpark lifts connect straight to the apartments, which is very helpful.

We'd definitely stay there again!

The elevators are annoying! You have to announce your floor before you step in. Worse, there is no close button... After a person exits, the elevator will sit (bored) for many seconds before eventually (against their better judgement) electing to close the doors and proceed to the next stop.

Our go to place to stay in Sydney. Great location close to the Westfield and many shops and restaurants. Very convenient location near the train/metro station. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay outside of the city.
