I recently stayed at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything in the area.

A special shoutout goes to the staff at reception, particularly Tia and Rachael, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure all of our needs were met. Their professionalism and friendliness made such a difference, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Overall, I highly recommend Meriton Suites Bondi Junction for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Overall a fantastic experience at Meriton Suites, Bondi Junction.
Easy to book through the website, and also very reasonable pricing for a 2 night stay.
The service and location is definitely a 5/5, being very close to public transport and shopping. Facilities in the hotel are also quite clean including the gym.
The view from our room was fantastic.
Only downside was that our room had a squashed bug on the wall, which didn't seem to be noticed or wasn't washed off by the cleaner before we came in. However, everything else was great

The hotel location is very good , train station is in the same building . David Jones is next door . 10 minutes bus to Bondi beach . Hotel room is big and clean. Staff are friendly , The Chinese manager from cleaning team helped us the way to reception with luggage . The kitchen allowed us to cook it has everything we need . All the items were cleaned properly and fresh . I want to thank all the staff made my room very comfortable and spotless . I will come back to stay again next time I go to Australia .

We spent 7 nights here celebrating a family event. The room was spacious and was well appointed. Despite the construction work, that did require a bit of navigating around, we thought the property did exceptionally well to manage this difficult situation including extra staff positioned around the lifts and doors. Everyone was super friendly and a big thanks to Paul in housekeeping who sorted out our coffee addiction with extra pods for the machine. We loved how handy every thing was and made the most of the parking in the building. During our stay we only encountered one time where there wasn't sufficient parking and had to head across the road to the overflow Wilson parking (which they gave us a voucher for). Will love to stay here again and look forward to curling up on the comfy beds and awesome pillows! (please let us know what brand they are as we want some at home!)

Very convenient location since it's right beside the bus and train stations and the mall was across from it, but the rooms are not well-maintained. We got the 3-bedroom suite, and while it was spacious, the layout of the rooms was inconvenient due to the oddly shaped bedrooms. It was hard to move around, especially if you have big luggage. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the furniture and appliances looked older than they should be due to poor upkeep. Also, when we arrived, the rooms lacked a few items like towels, slippers, some pans.

On arrival I was very disappointed to see how much construction and renovations were happening within the building without being notified prior to my arrival.

Further more to add once arriving into our room there was further disappointment to the cleanliness of the room sighting dirty mirrors, dirty windows and utensils.

After the first night of our stay. We were unable to get a good nights sleep due to the quality of the poor bed sheets and two beds being pushed together and not secured properly (falling in the middle of two single beds)

There was huge disruption to the lift timing due to the amount of construction works happening.

We would have highly appreciated prior warnings of renovations prior to our stay as we would have looked at alternative accommodation.

We have complained in house to the manager which we were offered $100 reimbursement which in my opinion is not a satisfactory response to the let down of this stay and the impact it has had on our trip.

Definitely reporting to Meriton head office and raising complains with booking.com so they can take it up with the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!

This hotel was so good for me to stay because of the location at first.
Further more, I was very satisfied with the condition of cleaning of the room, kitchen, and bathroom that I stayed.
Even though they were not new, I could tell the cleaning was thorough so that residence can stay fresh.
I want to thank this hotel for their effort to make the place spotless clean.

Stayed here for 3-4 weeks. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Got early check-in as per my request as my flight landed early morning, the suit was neat, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very useful for long stay and the rooms were spacious. Someone told me that Meriton Bondi Junction has pest and cockroach issues and the rooms are not clean but I’m glad I ignored that person and booked with Meriton Bondi Junction, I found the suite very well maintained with nice views from balcony and no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
