My wife and I decided at the minute to stay overnight so we didn't have to make the 3 hr trip home over the Australian day long weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable pricing for a last minute booking. Rooms were well kept, service was friendly with a very easy check in process, excellent location for us, and parking was really easy (usually one of the frustrating items when it comes to staying at a motel). I couldn't fault the stay and would happily stay again.

I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and willing to help. The restaurant food was so tasty and well cooked. A special mention to Charlotte absolute professional and so friendly in the restaurant. Charlotte made our dinner special and second to none and the chef World class. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. Order the pork as an entree absolutely beautiful.

Our stay this time was acceptable, with a few hiccups. One of the first things we noticed was a rather unusual stain on the ceiling, which wasn’t discovered until late into our stay. There was an excessive amount of ice in the freezer, and we were surprised to find a leftover empty Chardonnay box from the previous guest.||Nicole, one of the staff members, was very kind and promptly replaced the stained towels with fresh ones and sprayed the bathroom to address some odors I had noticed, which was much appreciated.||On a positive note, we enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel cafe. The food was tasty, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.||We hoped the issues mentioned could be addressed for future guests.

Second time we have stayed here and the experience was even better.
The staff were lovely and accommodating to our requests.
A nice little welcome gift when we entered and cool filtered water down the end of the hall.
The room was neat and tidy, love that we were able to cast from our devices so we could watch what we wanted in bed.
Just keep an eye out for parking as the lot fills up quick and it’s first in, first served.

Very nice accomodation, thoughtful welcome gift of wine and snacks. Cold filtered water. Water view from my room. Luxury after camping solo on an island. The bath products were lovely too and a king size comfy bed. Well appointed and kind staff. Definitely recommend to stay.

Went on holiday not so long ago and stayed here for 2 nights. The room was pretty good. Basic but good if you are out all day. A couple of key points. I’m not impressed about the bed. It’s just 2 beds push together to look like it’s a king size and somehow one side of the bed feels lower than the other. I also noticed a huge stain on the mattress pretty gross particularly health and safety is a huge priority for hotels.
Sheets were good and doona was not bad either. Love the lake side and be able to buy coffee down stairs. staff were very good and cleaners were very friendly.
For the price that you are paying it’s ok, is there better options out there? Yeah definitely, if they sort out the stains on the mattress then this place is a good value for money due to how peaceful and quiet it is, the lake side walk and cafe down stairs but until then it’s a ok place to stay

The property was clean, and close to the beach. the restaurant on the first level was beautiful and well priced, and the view was amazing! Was very well priced. My favourite thing was the 24/7 check in and there was always someone working to help you out- which most places don’t have. Also lots of accessible free parking.
Only thing i can comment on that lost a star was the loud family next door, no fault of the hotel but mentionable.

We stayed 2 nights so we could attend medical appointments at the hospital, our room was a generous size, very clean and comfortable. Shower was absolutely amazing as was the comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and free parking was a bonus. There is a shopping centre within walking distance or just a couple of minutes drive, and are lots of places to get a meal. There is a restaurant on site serving breakfast and dinner. Will definitely stay again.
