Stayed for work... Service was outstanding and very friendly. Good in restaurant was nice with interesting take on familiar favourites. Very close to airport so good if you have an early flight out. My room was very comfortable...I slept like a baby... With good blackout curtains. Bathroom was very clean and had nice soap and shampoo.

Mercure Williamtown
I just wanted to pass on my feedback from my recent stay at the Airport Mercure in Williamtown.
To say they were amazing is an understatement. I called before booking to make sure I could book 2 rooms side by side as my daughter was recovering from emergency surgery. Spoke to a gentleman named Rob and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival the next day We were welcomed by Rob and as promised our rooms were side by side.
Our evening meals were delicious and staff were lovely. Night staff were accommodating allowing my daughter to have her wheat pack heated at intervals. Breakie was delicious and we were given a late check out and driven by the GM the short 900m distanceto the airport’s which was just too far to walk for my daughter post surgery.
The kind caring hospitality shown by every staff member at the Williamtown Mercure was exceptional 10/10🙌

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized rooms. Restaurant dining was excellent. Although my Platinum welcome letter and amenity was not evident, the only real (but minor) negative was room maintenance/house cleaning missing the fact a bed lamp had not been functioning and a tissue box was empty (despite being purposely left out for obvious replacement). Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Great location adjacent to Newcastle Airport, dark, quiet and comfortable rooms. Easy to park with a streamlined check in and out process. Meal was quick and good quality. All the things I am looking for when in transit for business.

Overnight stay before early flight from Newcastle. Dinner really lovely and Breakfast beautiful and freshly served. Staff pleasant and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

When I arrived just before dinner I was greeted by name. Apparently, I was the last to check in so they had a friendly greeting ready for me.||I then ordered room service which was a great burger and delivered with more happy service. When leaving the next day once again the cleaning crew greeted me in the hallway with a smile. ||The room was clean and comfortable for the night with great blackout curtains. When in the region for work I would happily stay there again.

The service was great and so were the rooms very quiet considering how close it is to the airport. However, the restaurant was disappointing... Paying $34 for a pretty average 'butter chicken' curry served in k-mart anko bowls is not a good look.
