Stayed here overnight. Was beautiful, the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
Close to the lovely Roma parkland and not far from the hub of activities.
We stayed in room 314 which was lovely and spacious. It was next to the elevator but not a sound could be heard.
At the moment there is construction next door but being a Saturday they were not working.
Restaurant was lovely food was very good. Highly recommend a stay here

I am not sure about the rooms because I stayed next door but the buffet breakfast was awful. Food was cold, eggs were milky and runny and the coffee was too milky. Unless you are desperate for food, go somewhere else. It is not worth the risk.

They should be embarrassed to let the room we were given and we are Accor Plus members. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling off (see photo below). I'm amazed that a Mercure hotel would let a room to anybody, in this condition. The shower door lets water under it so if you aren't careful to keep it tightly shut, the bathroom floor ends up drenched. The room and bed is OK but its a queen size bed, let to a couple, and there are only 3 pillows in the room. The aircon unit is amazingly noisy - we switched it off at night and had the door to the balcony open instead. The restaurant is quite good and the staff are pleasant. The car park is a nightmare to get in and out of.

Our stay was great, staff happy and helpful, underground parking very tight, great for small cars, not so nice for larger ones.
Overall we loved our stay...!

Great balcony view of Roma street gardens and sunset over mountains. Ian at reception was wonderful. It was my husbands birthday so was a bottle of red wine waiting for us in our room. Bed was very comfortable.

My room actually very close to construction site. The workmen can see into my room and see what I do in the room. Had to close the curtain all the time. Also, this morning the housekeeping lady just knocked the door and went into the room. I was half naked and doing stretching. I yelled as it’s very very very annoying. The gym small but not enough weights and equipment. No need so many treadmills, sparing some space for stretching or HIIT is good.

One star for one staf was unfriendly

I gave one star because one employee was unfriendly and did not smile while serving me. This does not reflect the quality of Accor service, as I am an ALL-Accor member. However, during my stay at Mercure Spring Hill, I booked through a third party.

I stayed for a few days, and on the last night, my door access stopped working. I went to the receptionist for help on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 10 p.m. I called an FO staff member who was inside (a man and not on standby at the front desk. Also no nametag). He verified the information, but before finishing with me, he began serving another customer. Then another customer arrived, and the FO staff member attended to them as well. Everyone seemed in a hurry, and the FO staff member served without a smile, which made me uncomfortable. I began to feel as though I was being treated unfairly because I am Asian.

Although other aspects of my stay, such as the FO staff at check-in and the friendly housekeeping staff, were good, and the room was clean and spacious, this incident left a negative impression.
