We were warmly welcomed by owner. Property has great aspect, particularly the outside living- area with tables, chairs, and lounges. Internally, great kitchen and dining areas, with special TV and relaxation areas, well appointed with articles of interest.

Lovely B&B with amazing interior design and a beautiful garden lounge. We felt very welcome even though we had only time for one night. Our room was not the biggest but had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. Overall a great experience!

A chapter of my life ended the day I slept here... I put it behind me to start anew. Arriving here and having Dani greet me was quite remarkable... she was so friendly. She met me at the car as I sat there hoping I had the correct place- my car navigation initially had me drive around the corner. The parking is quite reasonable considering the amount of cars that need to utilise it. ||The area of Melton that Dani's home is in is very serene and quiet... but the magic really happens when you walk into Dani's home... It is impeccably decorated. It reflects who she is as a person and it's special walking into her home. She showed me around and asked me if I needed anything...for me, all I needed was sleep. ||The bed was too firm for me and I was unable to get a restful night's sleep... and yet, I did not wake feeling utterly dreadful... I think the quietude of her home and then joining her at breakfast was a wonderful start to my day. She offers a continental breakfast and is very thoughtful with her choices. Dani is the perfect hostess - with a beautiful garden and home

It is what it is. But it wasn’t a very pleasurable experience. It worked for me being on business, but it’s not someone somewhere I’d come with my family or for leisure. There’s little signs on everything telling you what you can’t and can’t do with no privacy. The hostess was professional and all. But not suited to this.

What a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and there is a TV in them. Shared bathroom and toilet did not pose a problem even though the 4 rooms were booked out. They were clean and the shower was hot. The back patio was an exquisite place to have your breakfast or just relax under the multitude of hanging baskets. There is plenty of room to just wander around the 1 Hectare+ property filled with amazing gardens as well as to take in the clean country air. The owner and hostess of this magnificent retreat is Dany Barclay, who greeted us when we arrived and made us a great cup of coffee. Dany could not do enough to make our stay any more pleasant. My wife and we WILL be going back again.

The experience my best friend and I had there was priceless!
From the moment you step into the stunning beauty of her tranquil garden, to the immaculate beauty of her house, you feel the warmth and the loveliness of the surroundings, such old charm!
Dani is a truly remarkable woman who is super friendly yet respectful of your privacy.
She is extremely hospitable and has a beautiful personality and an aura that shines!
The rooms are lovely, clean, tidy and comfortable and her rates are excellent.
I just feel like staying there all the time, and renting a room off her, that is how much she makes you feel at home, and how truly wonderful the place is, wow wow wow
10/10 there is no better bed and breakfast I can assure you.
