Wow what a place for a couples get away. The cabins are so cute and they have everything you could ask for. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special for our anniversary. The grounds keeper was very helpful and friendly he does a great job at maintaining the retreat. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone this retreat is just magical we will definitely be back in the future.

Such a beautiful place, we had the best time at Melaleuca and wish we had booked for longer. It is so peaceful and quiet, the views are gorgeous and there are walks with a private beach entry right on the property. The rooms were very clean and even came with a lovely food basket. We also loved the spa and fire pit! Making this one of our regular getaway spots, we can't wait to come back!!

A MAGICAL PLACE! Like no other, truly perfect in every way for a getaway that’s secluded within natures great outdoors and surrounded by beautiful beaches. The hosts were incredibly kind and so thoughtful in their touches to the cabins, which were so clean and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Thank you so much. We will be back!

This place is one of a kind, so good to go with the kids. So much to do and see in one place. The cabin we stayed in was so neat and clean but we were out everyday exploring. There is so much to do there, beach, pool, spa, games room and the countless walks. Kids are already asking when we can go back

Been coming here for the last 16 years. Since Steve and Fadia bought the place it has gone to a different standard in all respects. Cleanliness, spa, internet, wifi, satellite TV, AC, beautiful walks throughout the grounds, the ocean is still as mesmerising as ever. Don’t forget the brekky pack on arrival. I can’t rate this place highly enough. We’ve now been here 6 times, the 7th will be soon. We’re definitely friends of Melaleuca!

I don't usually give reviews, but this is a must! Loved the stay here! The cottages are immaculate and are renovated as well with new spas in which I have enjoyed with a glass of wine.||||A quick stroll on the property and we have access to a secluded beach, a pool and the games room. The new addition putt putt is a great idea, the kids loved it. There are also plenty of animals to look at and they are friendly with your four-legged animal.||||Limited phone reception here so we relied on their wifi which works well!||||We will be back every chance we can!

Stayed for a weekend with friends as we were going to a birthday party locally. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cosy, equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the log fire as it was July. There are 3 cottages at the retreat but it's so quiet and secluded, you'd think you were the only one. The beds are really comfy and the deck area with a huge spa is great for relaxation. The amazing thing about the place is the setting, a short 15 minute walk to the beach takes you from the leafy bush setting of the cottage to a boardwalk over a wetland which comes out in open farmland complete with friendly cows and a horse, from there, it's just a stones throw to the magnificent beach. It's like you can have a bush, farm and beach holiday all in one. The hosts are friendly and helpful and the place itself is unforgettable. We'll definitely be going back.

There are three very private cabins nestled in bushland around this property. A short stroll across a boardwalk over the wetlands where there is an abundance of bird life & native animals. Then cross the well kept paddock, where there are cows & horses grazing in them, then you are at the beach. All the cabins have an outdoor undercover spa, a wood fire heater inside & a well appointed kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was our 5th stay and since the last visit, the cabins have been renovated & games room added upstairs over the horse stables. With the pool & a tennis court, you can do as much or as little as you like & not leave the property. The hospitality from the owners Steve & Fadia was faultless. Tony the caretaker was very helpful & made sure everything ran smoothly for our stay. Just to top it off, a breakfast hamper & other treats are waiting for you on arrival. We had just came out of the Covid 19 lockdown & Melaleuca Retreat was our first trip. Cannot wait to get up there again
