Going to this medical centre without an appointment is like taking a punt with regard to when you would be looked at. If you lack patience and if you can survive another day, highly recommend do that and come here when you’ve secured an appointment. Not sure if the waiting is more painful than the actual pain you might be experiencing. Giving 2 stars as they have aircon and toilet.

I arrived at the medical centre at 1.15pm for my 1.30pm appointment today.
Receptionist said all is good, you are checked in and told me to take a seat.
It is now 1.56pm when I approached the counter to ask why was it taking so long.
The same Receptionist asked if I was checked in?
I said yes, she asked by who?
I answer You checked me in....
If I didn't have somewhere to go I wouldn't have worried but this was below average work by this receptionist....

Always treated very well.
Very occasionally maybe a bit longer waiting for your appointment.
I recommend this practice.
They have so many Doctors that you can choose from to suit your requirements.

Huge thanks to Dr. Khin Toe for her professionalism and to the front desk staff for her kindness and excellent service. Despite the heavy rain and challenging conditions after the cyclone, I was still able to see a GP. Truly grateful for their dedication and care!

Excellent experience as always. My doctor, Dr Toe, is super efficient and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been with this practice for over 5 years and all the staff have been doing their jobs to a very high standard.

Recently left this practice after multiple poor experiences, lack of accountability and poor communication. I wait 5 hours for a Telehealth appointment. After calling several times for updates (there wasn’t any), there was no explanation given for the delay. I lodged a complaint which went unanswered.

Despite this, I needed an urgent appointment and again booked a Telehealth, but made it the first available thinking the wait time would be less, if any. Again I waited, 2 hours this time. I called and asked what is the delay. The receptionist advised ‘you are first for the day so I have no idea what’s going on’. And that for me was the final straw.

I pay full fee to see a GP and this clear lack of respect for patients time is just unacceptable. I have moved on to another GP who has been reliable and punctual. If you want to save time, DO NOT go here.

As a new patient to the clinic, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, she answered my initial questions happily. The doctor was helpful and quick without rushing I would recommend this clinic.
