Great Experience at Meadowbank Estate

I visited Meadowbank Estate today to attend a wedding and we were there to look into wedding invitations. Although it’s not my wedding, I was really impressed by the whole experience.

The venue is absolutely stunning—elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all the invitation options and answer every question with care. You can tell they genuinely care about making everything perfect for the couple.

Even as someone just tagging along, I appreciated the welcoming vibe and the attention to detail. It’s clear why so many people choose Meadowbank for their big day. Looking forward to seeing how amazing the wedding turns out!

We had our wedding reception at Meadowbank in the Grand Ballroom and had the best night of our lives! Daniela was awesome throughout the whole process. All our guests gave many compliments on the food and atmosphere.

Just had our wedding on 16/2 and honestly, everything was perfect on the day! Specific shout out to Jim operations manager who was so accomodating and pleasant to work with. I forgot the main server’s name but thank you for bringing food into the bridal party and making sure we were well fed. We really appreciate it. All the guests were stunned at how beautiful the venue was and all thoroughly enjoyed the canapes and food throughout the night. Guests said they were incredibly well fed. My husband and I are so grateful that everything went so smoothly on the day and its obviously hugely thanks to Meadowbank for being so professional and working collaboratively with us. Thank you so much!!!

Last week we celebrated our wedding at Meadowbank estate in the poolside room and the words that pop in my mind is wow, amazing & Beautiful!!

The service was perfect and prompt, from my very first interaction with Chris when I made my initial enquiry to the lead up to the big day with Daniela and the staff on the night.

My guests were in awe of this hidden gem and all commented on hire amazing the food was and stunning the venue was!

To say we highly recommend this venue is an understatement we are in love with it and wish to go again for another event!

Meadowbank Estate deserves 50 gold stars. From when we started planning our wedding to the big day itself, Daniela , Chris and Jim were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, and easy to deal. Daniela was always available to assist with anything I needed.
The wedding day ran smoothly.

Another enormous events venue. Multiple rooms on site so I'm guessing there can be Multiple events all booked simultaneously (though I haven't seen Multiple mixed weddings). The wedding I shot most recently here celebrated both their wedding ceremony and their reception here, and they appeared very happy with everything 🙂
