Pretty good in-centre cafe serving up cabinet food, coffees and a few made to order things. Not bad! Staff were friendly and when we went at 130pm, there was no one else dining, so food cake out pretty quickly.

Helpful and willing to assist with dietary requirements. Delicious food. Fresh. They even have a hand washing station because they don't have a toilet (toilet is close by as it's in a shopping centre).

The staff where incredibly rude. I asked them if they could cater to diety requirements and they agreed only to make it normally. (I ordered a smothie and cant have lactose) I then took it back to get a cup with water and fruite not even blended together. If they don't have a lactose free option that's fine but don't tell me you do and will do it and get mad when I bring it back because you didn't. The staff need a course in manners.

Coffee was terrible. Was busy and the three people working looked so sour and like they didn't want to be there. Paid for an extra shot in my husbands iced mocha and when I collected it I asked and they said there wasn't an extra shot in it and seemed annoyed that they would have had to remake it. He said it just tasted like Really sugary chocolate. Really disappointing, won't be back. Don't even charge less when I brought my own cup.

As a local and regular customer, I was disheartened today when I requested a half serve of a breakfast item due to a health issue I didn't wish to disclose. I was told outright that the request (despite loyalty) could not be carried out. I'll take my business elsewhere. The Manager was not able to be contacted.

This is not how regular customers should be treated. The girl serving knows me well and could have easily accommodated the request.

Charged $8.50 for a 'smoothie' that was watery, flavourless, and warm. The 'smoothie' had little flecks of cinnamon or crushed oat floating around in it that made my mother and I cough. The scant piece of ricotta cheesecake we were served was also about $8.50, teeny, and unimpressive. The jelly on the cheesecake was rubbery and the cake itself was crumbly which leads me to believe it was overcooked. No cream or decorations were served up with it - just overcooked cake on a plate for $8.50, done. I finished most my meal as I paid so much for it - mum didn't even finish all hers. The highlight of the meal was the bottled sparkling water I ordered.

Obviously something has changed in the way that cafe is run since the last time we went there a while back. Even if North Ward has plenty of rich folks that can afford to burn their cash and/or wipe with it doesn't mean they deserve to be gouged for a severely disappointing dining experience. Any coffee club could have served something actually satisfying for half the price. Don't go there.

Staff member I dealt with was lovely, however I was the first one there with my hubby and they were not busy. Got my tea and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for raisin toast. Eggs Benedict came out for another table who ordered after me. I cancelled my order. Very disappointed

Great coffee, lovely little coffee shop with really friendly staff, good food and a non covid feel.
They have home made continental cheesecake, not baked cheesecake. It's getting hard to find a good cheesecake at a coffee shop lately!
Visiting here today made me happy 🙂
