what the frick. what the actual frick. i just ordered a mcpsicy something or other, may aswell call it a mcsaucy box bruv. absolutely no sauce on the burger, literally on the side of the box mate. service was actually disgusting, asked if it was my order and just got stared at. thanks for your sauce with side of burger.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something. Horrific customer service, always forget items, place is FILTHY the kids area is broken and mouldy. Every time I go it’s the same. Have watched staff say “I don’t care” when people standing waiting for help, 2 managers walked past an ice cream spill at the front door and did nothing.

Ordered one large fries thru the drive thru no salt. Always suspect when the fries with no salt are done right away, gave them the benefit of the doubt , drove off and sure enough they were cold and greasy at $4.50 attendant looked like she had better things to do when I asked for ketchup, like grab more fries out of the refrigerator for the next order. Oddly the ketchup saved the fries somewhat as it was hotter than the fries.

Do not go to this place. The man that served us in the drive though seemed to be mentally ill. All he wanted to do was argue with my partner and wouldn’t let it go, really strange guy. Got home and a cockroach crawled out of the bag. Seriously bad set up I would genuinely be concerned for anyone’s safety heading there after dark.

I am there almost every day to get my coffee only 50% of the time do I get what I order. Today I even asked the Barista if it was a 1/2 strength caramel latte after she said chino and guess what, it's a full strength chino withe no caramel!! Well there's another $ you have made Macs

My last few experiences here have been severely disappointing from being immediately ushered to the waiting bay for a small order to being left to wait in the waiting bay for 40 minutes on a seperate occasion. I've had staff admit to completing forgetting about my order after saying they were making it fresh just to end up with old soggy cold food. This store need work, they lack organisation and the staff aren't friendly.

14 Nov morning, girl that served rude, ordered something, didn't have it, just rude the way she talks , same as other times, besides that coffees different every day. If u want good McDonald's and your at Merrimac, it is perfect every time, they take pride in there food and service, last time at sth tweed for me!!!

McDonald's: Where the burgers are fresh, but the flies are fresher! It felt like a Fly-Thru—these guys were hosting their own McFeast. Took my meal to go... and so did they!
