Service has improved, but when you order just a meal you’re always parked and then your foods cold. Also they need to check post mix more often, last three visits Coke tastes like soda water and zero flavour.

Ordered a Minecraft meal from this location through drive thru at 3.10 pm and discovered that the toy that came in the meal was tampered with. Someone placed an old tape holder and battery inside and the toy was missing. Dishonest person working there putting something unhygienic into the box.

I’m disappointed I placed an order through delivery asked specific items off my burger waited 30 minutes chips was soggy not salted , burger was dry and cold and drink had no ice and was old. Do better please.

My chicken and cheese was soo dry and overcooked there is literally gaps between the chicken and batter. They served me inedible food and soggy chips.

food and staff were decent. I visited about 1 30am whilst on nightshift. so only one or two people around. lots of staff yet the restaurant was filthy! I have never experienced such dirty and disgusting a place. I can understand during peak hours but not when so quiet. management need to be updated perhaps. im sure health and safety would have a field day here.
I hope this is seen as something to learn from and be aware of in future please.
