Was over charged, ordered oat milk and got given full cream (I'm lactose intolerant so I know 100% it wasn't oat) I was unable to drink my drink and the other drink ordered was half empty $7 for half a drink is ridiculous. I added a banana bread to my coffee and was charged $4.80 when it should have been $3.50 when I questioned the staff member about the incorrect pricing she said "I don't know do you not want it or something" "maybe its more because it's toasted" she didn't attempt to resolve the issue at all. Bad customer service. Bad service. And over priced. I'll be seeking a full refund.

Night employees need to be controlled. They wandering around the kitchen / front counter like they have nothing to do when customers been waiting over 10 mins in dining for simple orders and dining was dirty. Also manager need to be retrained too. Need to learn to delegate tasks. Only good thing was burger was with in temperature. Fries could be better. Overall, lot of opportunities to work on.

Not all McDonald’s are the same and lucky Minchinbury is one of the better ones. I stop each morning for an iced mocha as I drive to work, the drive thru team are mostly lovely and they make a good coffee.

They undertook a major renovation this year, the new restaurant is larger and feels lovely.

They had major renovation so the place looked good and the toilet was clean when we went there. The kid's PlayPlace was closed though but looked nice. The food was the usual...

Worst ever !!! Don’t go here
Sat in line for half hour waiting
One guy working rude….went to pay at window where to collect food as no one was at the first window to make payment only to be told have to go back around the and wait in the line queue and make payment as his the only one running the floor! Next time put a damn sign up so people are aware
Pathetic to not have any other option and make me go wait 45 minutes

Every Saturday we come here supporting local McDonald’s. However it’s gotten beyond a joke how poor the service is. The counter girl taking orders for the last 2 weeks acts like she has a gun to get head. No compassion, welcoming characteristics whatsoever. When she calls the numbers out you can barely hear her. So many disappointed customers with time taken to receive order every week . Seems very disorganised. I’ve been coming here every Saturday for the past 2 months and nothing has improved.
All we order is a tea and soy chai latte, and it takes for ever or the order is taken incorrectly.

I spent over 70$ on food and drinks for the family the kids wanted frozen drinks, which I was charged $5.60 each so for 3 of them it cost $16.80. when I complained I was told that "we don't set the prices" I asked if the worker and manager thought that over 15$ was a fair price to pay for 3 cups of water with some flavouring. They wouldn't even answer me and then I was made to wait about 20 mins for the food which was literally sitting in the bag behind counter for 15 of them. The food was cold and inedible and I literally went to the Macca's up the road and purchased again. Very disappointing and expensive.. Also at the second Macca's I was only charged 2$ each for the frozen drinks........
