This McDonalds is hit and miss.

These were the two tomatoes that they used on my cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. So annoyed!
If you’re going to put on a dodgy slice, there should be at least ONE good slice.

Eggs were burnt to a crisp. The eggs tasted like fish. Absolutely disgusting

This morning many montgd after the first rotten eggs...i.paid for 2 eggs...i received a grand total of 1.5 eggs

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the McDonald's drive-thru in Menai tonight. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, which is already an unacceptable wait time for a fast-food chain. After finally receiving my food, I drove home only to discover that one item was missing from my order — even though I had already paid for it.
it was really disappointing to deal with such poor service, especially when I had already waited so long. It's frustrating when mistakes happen, but the long wait time and missing item left a sour taste. I hope McDonald's takes these complaints seriously and works to improve both speed and order accuracy.

Always something missing. I paid for it got home and sauce i wanted was missing. Happens everytime.
Again went there today 29 Oct 2022. Drink had no syrup when I told them they gave them back to me covered in drink. The quarter pounder burger they gave me meat patty was cut in half.
What a absolute joke McDonald's even asked me for a $2 donation as if they need it.
Just got a vanilla coke that looks like water 22 December 2022.

Drive through - very friendly - took my order & went through very quickly - got home and of course not what I ordered (this has happened before but I forgot to check but this time not even close) - went back - got my original order (which had been sitting there for 15 minutes) burger was stuck to bottom of box - and so bad - it all fell apart and didn't seem fresh at all. Very disappointing.

During our drive-through visit, we requested a Chicken and Cheese burger, add lettuce.

At the window, we were informed that this would result in a cheaper item than a standard McChicken and could not order this, despite the smaller bun, cheese and the obvious additional charge they have when adding ingredients such as the lettuce.

Although frustrating, to ease the pressure on the drive-through staff, we agreed to switch to a McChicken with little hesitation. Here's what we received...

Very dirty place. We didn’t find any clean table.
I would have gone to Coles or Woolies if I wanted a lettuce only. Coffee and burger were nice, though. Staff bit confused but friendly and police.

The food and wait was fine, but the coke clearly had barely any syrup. It was a very light brown and almost clear in colour, and it just tasted like sparkling water. I would have come back to replace it but unfortunately I was already home
