Food is cold, chips taste and look old, forgot one our drinks, asked for extra pickles on a burger and got none. Do better

Ok, it’s the early hours of the morning and I ordered a double big mac - take a look at it! For real. One burger bun stacked onto the other with absolutely nothing on it. Then 4 bits of meat are stacked on top and obviously just thrown into the box. The other burger is some type on new burger, there’s a finger hole in the bun and looks absolutely disgusting. $24 for this!!! Incompetent staff, incompetent franchisee and most importantly incompetence from mc donalds for losing the importance of quality.

Cold and hard french fries and half full, purposely missing the ofher half of bread, bacon hard and the other half not cook. I order bacon and angus turn like big mac. That my regular meal, taste not right.
Lots of workers working but less customer in the night. Take a long time to serve customer.
Time fot someone to take over this business. I just read lots of poor reviews.

Ordered at 1am, took 40mins to make 4 cheeseburgers. They tasted like crap, bread was like cardboard, no sauce pickles and onion.
What the heck....maybe the ghost of maccas made these burgers...or you pulled out of the bin.

workers do not put in half the effort needed to make a decent meal and they always manage to forget something in your order. workers are extremely rude to you and ignore the most simple request i would not recommend eating at this store

Cold chips every time, even if you ask for fresh they ignore you. Genuinely the worst coffee every single time, just tastes like Luke warm milk and they either don’t add the requested syrup or put in the wrong one or just give you something else. This morning instead of getting the vanilla latte ordered we received a watered down hot chocolate, not the first time either. Customer service is non existent.
Workers simply do not care, and seem to want everyone to know about it. Yes working in fast food can be a drain, but we all start somewhere! If you’re that miserable it’s time to work somewhere else, don’t take it out on customers paying good money for absolute garbage.

Frappe was good always is got a hotcross buns it smelt and tasted funny like the toaster wasn't cleaned or something and got a ham and cheese pocket there was no ham just cheese and not alot of it.

Just paid $40 to only have the happy meal delivered. The bag was still sealed it was not the driver. Way to piss of a pregnant woman
