you guys are honestly useless i’m sorry but every time i order delivery either something is missing, it’s cold and stale or something is added that i did NOT include, one time i can accept but it’s honestly every time, i wont be ordering from here again. i did not order egg as i am extremely allergic and there is no syrup or butter for the hotcakes and the hashbrowns were cold as anything. When i spend $44 on food you’d expect it to be at least hot and the correct items are in the order. It’s ridiculous.

ordered off of doordash and messaged the driver asking him to ask staff for fresh. when he gave us our food, we asked him if he asked for fresh and he said he did with them replying “we just packed it”. we ended up getting our food and the chips and nuggets are literally inedible. so stale and cold. on top of that there is no sauces and burgers weren’t wrapped properly and when trying to call to complain, no answer. poor experience.

New SOP for the sauces? Crew must complete his food safety training. He scratched his nose while wearing gloves and handling food without changing them. He coughed as if he was coughing up phlegm while assembling the burger. The crew from outside went straight to HLZ and assembled the order without washing their hands.

15th April around 7pm - Waited through drivethru for 15 mins only to get these chips. Went back around and asked to speak to a manager and the poor kids advised she can't come to the window because she's running the line of orders. I asked for her name and her name is apparently Jasmine. So good work Jasmine, hiding behind your under-age workers and running the line with slow service and burnt , disgusting food.

Maybe change the oil . Or better yet. Change whole management for this store. They're actually all pathetic. Service and food is always horrible. And if you want hollow burnt chips. This is the place to go lol

Burnt nuggets missing burgers. Never answers phone. Waited 5 mins in drive through. Got to window and worker sitting on phone while some one taking orders when there 5 cars lining up.

The management needs to be more organised. There’s no leadership and everyone is running around not achieving anything. Cars are waiting and still get the wrong items or missing items. So what ever food you do get goes cold. Barely anyone in line and still food takes ages to come out and isn’t even the right order. This place could be better if run properly.

Never ordering from them again it’s such a disappointment how Emerton maccas stuffs up orders it shouldnt be on uber eats my partner ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin meal with strawberry shake but unfortunately got chocolate shake instead the packaging was packed very poorly

terrible food, my apple pie was completely cold. My son's happy meal was unhappy especially the 6pcs nuggets, they were put in the dirty burger box and the nuggets were cooked in the dirty oil as there are black burnning little pcs on the nuggets. The chips was re cooked as it was very dry and not fresh at all.
