Got given old chips separate occasions, not really nice when it’s the chips that’s been sitting out and really hard stale and cold. Already left the place so I couldn’t return them. Absolutely turn off.

Average service from this Maccas. Worst thing is the amount of frozen coke they give you. Got a $1 small frozen coke and got half the cup. Wrap was made very messy as well even though it wasn't busy

This is now the third time that I’ve gone to this MacDonalds and received a large chips that are half full.

I even asked the young lady at the drive thru window to make sure I get fresh and good a proper large chips.. sure enough get home and open up.. surprise. Half a cup.

The other times they were cold and hard. This time were warm.. but wth with serving off chips?

Is this called large chips? Horrible quality as well. They also pre fry the nuggets and mix with newly fried ones the old ones are taste really bad and stinky

Bought 2 large fries this morning I swear were cooked yesterday. Stale and dry. That on top of the young girl yesterday making my coffees barely acknowledge me handing me my coffee because she was to busy talking to her friend who had finished her shift. Lift your games guys👎

There is NO excuse for the mcflurrys to be filled half way. Ordered delivery and this is basically empty. Has happened multiple times too when i’ve been through the drive through and i always give it back to them and ask them to fill it more. Just fill it to where its meant to be, oh wow sooo difficult..

Slow service even when empty.
Serving Stale fries shouldn’t be what you serve to the customers. That is a violation of health to customers. 1 particular worker not being very accommodating and ignored me as I stood there waiting for what I ordered.
To the workers, please smile more so that people actually enjoy coming to buy food. If you hate your job so much, than do us all a favour and quit because that nasty attitude won’t take you a long way!!!!!

Ordered a big Mac last time and it only had one pattie, this time I ordered a bundle for 4, and they leave out all 4 servings of chips.

They seem to find new ways to dissapointed every time, staff obviously lack training.

Considering the assistant manager handed me the food, it seems problems go higher up. It wasn't even busy yet, only had 2 cars in the drive through.
