Good for a quick bite but not healthy as u know i enjoy the coffee double hot and double shot piccolo plenty of parking at night closes at 11pm located on the corner of lyn prd preston drive through available toilets 🚻 😀 👍

Spent $50 on a bundle for 4. Specifically asked for no onions.
Got home. Burgers had onion on it.
Mcchicken sauce looking like it’s 10 days old.
Spoke to a clown named Michelle which is supposed to be the manager. She told me to drive 1 hour back to bring the food for a refund.
Pathetic and worst store with worst manager. No customer service whatsoever. They have clowns working there.

Took 6 minutes to get a milkshake and the staff are just standing there on their phones. Milkshake is kind of warm and tastes horrible and was half made sitting in the machine while the employees walked off to do something else. The floors were also very filthy.

The fact that McDonald's stores never read or reply to their reviews makes this exercise a little meaningless. Coffee is good, and service is friendly enough, but they are only open 24 hours for drive-through. My reward for walking there from the Mercure Hotel Liverpool at 4 am. was that I was freezing my arse off outside until they unlocked the doors at 5 am.

Went to the toilet and had to do my own cleaning to feel safe. Urine everywhere it was, Grose. Told staff but did not seem to bother them. Then picked up food ripped me off my chips the coffee was very nice.

We ordered and the young lady at the window was lovely. We were then asked to pull through to the waiting bay where we waited 30 minutes until a lady asked if we were waiting on anything and when we responded 3 large drinks we were told oh okay hold on. We then waited a further 10 minutes and food was then cold. The manager came out after we requested to speak with her and she said that there’s nothing she could do unless we wanted to wait for everything to be remade (we had waited long enough). This store is always filthy which is why we go through drive through and it is always the early afternoon night staff that seem to stuff it up.

The chips there are never fresh, always stale, cold and old. And when you tell them, they say "oh so you want fresh chips?" What kind of question is that?! Of course i want fresh chips, if not fresh at least not stale or cold. The chips taste like they are a week old and I'm not exaggerating. 100 worse if you order via Uber. Then they ask you to take a photo, how can you tell if chips are stale from a photo?!
