The food overall is not really bad but the meat patties are never hot. This has been consistent in the last couple of months to the point where I won't bother going here anymore. With the price rises lately it's just not worth the money, the mc smart meal is the only thing good value. Plus quite often the cheese is thrown onto the burger so half of its hanging out the side, like you had one job, how hard could it be

Thought I'd try the new beef burger with pinapple, what a terrible mistake. Compared to what is advertised and what I got was 2 completely different things. A tiny piece of pinapple and an even smaller piece of tomatoe that didn't even cover 1/4 of the burger unlike the whole circumference as advertised. I literally only got tomatoe in the last 2 bites. The beef patty was burnt and that's all I could taste. Also why is there mayo on the burger? Ingredients list states the only sauce is bbq sauce, not mayo and bbq sauce together. Staff need to get there act together, this place should be reported as the reviews don't do anything to help change all these issues mentioned and the owner seems to not really care at all. The place is filthy, tables floors and bins are covered in rubbish, birds everywhere pooping flying all around which I feel is a health and safety issue as stuff falls off birds like the poo from there feet. Terrible. The owner should be ashamed.

Ordered a coffee via the McDonald's app. When I arrived, no staff were anywhere to be seen but the order was sitting up on the screen. After waiting a few minutes, observing a few people wandering around out the back, I called out and eventually a staff member came to the counter. I explained I was waiting for a coffee order (the only order on the screen) and they mumbled something and return to the back. After another couple of minutes, still no one coming to make the coffee. I could still see people doing things out the back (including the staff member who I'd spoken to) so called out again. A different staff member came this time, I explained again that I was waiting for their only order. They also just mumbled something I couldn't hear and returned to the back. Saw them speak to the other staff member, then they both returned to whatever they were doing out there. Another couple of minutes, still no one out the front, let alone making coffee...

At this point I was running out of time, I'd assumed an order for a single takeaway coffee during a quiet period wouldn't take that long. In the end I had to leave without my coffee, a refund or even an explanation as I was out of time.

To top it off, the McDonald's app has no obvious way to review an order, submit feedback or request a refund. If they do, it's hidden well or not currently functional.

I'm a food delivery partner and every time I get an order from this McDonald's, it's always a long wait—minimum 15 minutes. There’s no drive-thru and still the waiting time is ridiculous. One time I waited almost 30 minutes, only to be told by the supervisor that my order was already taken by another delivery partner, and they refused to remake it.

You have to check the screen yourself to see if your order is there, because the staff won’t bother. If it’s not showing, just cancel and move on—it’s not worth your time. Even when there are no customers around, you still wait at least 10 minutes. Sometimes the food is ready early but they just leave it sitting under the screen without packing it—unless you arrive there and then they will start packing it.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in Melbourne. The only reason I give 1 star is for the food quality. For service, efficiency, responsibility, attitude, and environment—it’s a 0

Today at 12pm, I bought a McSpicy Chicken. After taking a couple of bites, I found that a large part of the chicken was raw. This is the first time I've encountered something like this, and it's absolutely unacceptable. I hope someone will address this issue.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited an hour for these to be delivered and they come to us tasting like there's been chilly flakes put on them. Upon closer inspection, there are these black bits on them. Are they burnt? Is the grill/oven regularly clean? I'm not sure, but it is foul.

I ordered a burger today, told them no mustard and no ketchup. Then I received a bun with a piece of meat.

Went back and asked why. No apologies given, they gave me another bun and meat adding two pieces of pickle.

I have no energy to argue again, but where are the other vegs?

Worst service so far I have experience at all McDonalds.

I recently visited the McDonald’s at Boxhill Station and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The restaurant appeared untidy, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. There were noticeable areas of disorganization, which impacted the overall dining experience. The food quality was lower than expected, with some items not being as fresh or well-prepared. Additionally, the service was slower than anticipated, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit chaotic. This was not just a one-time issue, but rather a repeated experience that made my visit particularly disappointing. While I understand that occasional issues can occur, it was frustrating to encounter these problems multiple times. Based on this experience, I would not consider returning to this location in the future. I do hope that the management will address these concerns, as there is potential for improvement. However, for now, I will be looking for other options.
