Staff cooked something which wasn't food into my burger.

I took a bite of my burger only to find I was eating what can only be described as fowl and inedible.
They cooked what I suspect is a bug into my food. I fell ill for the following day now and I don't know how long this might last.

I tried to reach out to McDonald's for help/complaint and their response was to go back to the branch for a replacement burger like lol do I want more bug burger?

Avoid this branch in particular unless you want a roach mystery burger. I've eaten Macca's for 30 something years and this was so bad I won't ever dine there again. Absolutely horrendous, even their response to this complaint was woeful.

Take a guess of what flavour this is… no idea? It tastes like ice with a side of milk because that is what it is. Meant to be chocolate but they rationing the flavour syrup. Llike I’m paying a premium for this drink. See the difference… make it how it’s advertised!

Limited space in the parking lot, but you can park on the street. Clean toilets, good place to stop when heading to the mountains. Most staff are busy serving the drive through, so hard to get their attention if you're dining in.

Excellent Service, we received our order super fast and correct, an incredibly organised establishment. I haven't been to McDonalds in years and definitely was pleasantly surprised how well run this place is. We stopped on the way up to Katoomba on Easter Friday and even though it was very busy it was well organised.

Stopped by for a quick bite and used the drive-thru—it was a little busy so I had to wait a bit, but nothing too crazy. I got chicken nuggets, fries, and tried the pie for the first time, all the usual faves. Everything was served warm and crispy, just the way I like it.

Not a bad stop if you’re craving a classic Macca’s moment!

We often pass through this Macca's because it's roughly halfway between Orange to Newcastle and a doggie break. I use the Macca's App before we arrive, park, go in and collect. Always correct items and ready to pick up. I cannot fault this Macca's. I would say, 90% of the time the toilets and premises are clean. Love your work. Thank you.

Been here several times passing through the mountains & usually have no problems. Went through drive thru late one Saturday night & asked for extra pickles on my cheeseburger. Received burger with the ticket on it that said extra pickles and the burger had no pickles at all. My partner also received no pickles on his Big Mac. Just super annoying, if you were out of pickles then just tell us. Also parking is a nightmare.
