Staff in drive through didn't listen to what we were ordering saying they couldnt what we wanted, when we know and have had ordered the same earluer in the day. Serving staff wasn't interested in listening to the proper order either.

Digital order display announced ‘Takeaway only’
No problem.
Receipt not dispensed with order and number.
No problem.
Place wasn’t busy with customers. A few people at tables. Vacant tables were covered in rubbish and table tops were filthy.
No problem. We’re not staying.
McDonald team members screaming across the store about issues in drive through.
Glad we didn’t take that route.
Shouting continues.
More people turn up and wait at the Pick Up point for their orders.
Time drags on. My husband appears because it has taken so long thus far.
He suggests we sit in and we try to find a clean table. None. He asks the barista for a damp cloth to clean one. She shouts across the store for a member to clean up.
He appeared and sprayed one table, gave it a cursory wipe. He then asked ‘anything else?’
‘Yes that table there.’
‘Anything else?’
‘Why not clean all the tables so customers can sit down and eat?’
Novel concept it seems!
Meanwhile no food!
Order numbers higher are now being served. I ask the girls at Pick Up if they have my order. A Quick Look and the answer is no. I’m told to wait.
One girl reappear and continues to bag items and screams for a hash brown, again.
I ask about the order again. I’m asked again what I ordered. Disappearing act again. I can see on the screen the order isn’t there.
Reappearing act.
Repeat per above.
Disappear.
Reappear with a bag and the order.

Chaos
Mayhem
Lack of interest
Lack of customer service
Mediocre food and coffee and a last resort as the local cafes were closed or closing and we were dreadfully hungry.

Don't come here unless you want cold burgers, cold soggy chips, cold chicken mcnuggets. The place is a joke. The cappuccino's were hot but no froth. The manager and staff need a good shake up ~ Better still they all need to go through a new training course. KFC & Hungry Jacks might be a better option for a meal!

Food was fine, restaurant was nearly empty, but every table was dirty. I had to ask a staff member to clean a table and wipe food off the chairs so the family could sit and eat. Pretty disappointing for a quiet day!

I have tried here a few times and have always been disappointed with the food quality it never ever tastes fresh, always seem to forget something so make sure you check before you leave

Worst of the worst, do not ask for anything fresh. They simply do not understand. Especially late at night... Disaster! Avoid!!!!!!

Obviously the management here is not training there employees properly. Lack of experience on front desk left alone with no management to help, these kids need leaders and role models not someone that leaves them to fend for themselves.

Buy a large quarter pounder meal with free glass promotion. At least if you run out of glass, have a decency to tell customers that glass was runout and please remove the itemize a glass from the screen and receipt of the order
