Thank you Cassie for my beautiful eyebrows. I was nervous and nearly backed out but you were so professional and reassuring and I’m glad I stayed. Cassie was very patient with me until she got my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them she explained everything in detail to me. Cassie is the boss and appears to have a very good relationship with her staff. The only negative I was there for 3 hours and my husband was waiting for me. But otherwise very happy.

I had the Japanese hair spa, and it was AMAZING! Shout out to MB Beauty for their professional services. Jamie is attentive, the products used were fantastic. I have not felt this rejuvenated in a long time. A++.

Would not recommend this place, staff are highly abusive and don’t know how to do their job properly! Sister had a set done not even a week ago, most of them have fallen out and her eyelashes are all stuck together and starting to get puss around them. Told her that they can’t fix them or do a removal for free nor refund her and then carried on to push her and F off out of her store. Severely bad customer service skills and think this business should be closed down permanently.

Best massage I've ever had! The most beautiful and lovely ladies that work here make you feel so comfortable. They found all my sore spots without even telling them, haven't felt this good in years! 100% recommend!

Worst experience and horribly ran business. There were young teenage girls running and screaming around and the salon, (running past my feet and hitting me) doing traineeships, not a relaxing experience.
Besides that, the lashes and glue feel cheap and are falling out like nothing. It's been a week and a half and there's barely anything to the set left. But of course they were the most expensive lashes I've ever paid for. Plus other illegal experiences with this one encounter with this business that I don't want to post online. Highly would not recommend to anyone.

Me and my daughter had eyelash extensions yesterday. The technician spent my hour long appointment chatting to someone standing next to her about ex boyfriends and such gossip. I advised the technician I was unhappy with my eyelashes within 15 minutes of my appointment once I got to the car and saw them properly. A technician ‘fixed’ them but again when I got to the car, they were worse, not better. I specifically asked for hybrid eyelashes but they are all one length and look ridiculous. I now have to pay for them removed. My daughter got a classic set and they looked amazing. She went for a shower with goggles on to ensure the did not get wet but woke up this morning with most of them having fallen out after less than 24 hours. The owners response to this was to offer a free infill. These were for a special occasion and I can promise we will not be returning. Be wary!

Kaylah is absolutely phenomenal, she has done my lashes amazing every time and never disappointed. I have had other experiences with other lash techs here where I have almost left but I always come back because Kaylah is amazing at what she does. She always makes me feel so comfortable and always makes sure her service is at the highest standard. Her customer service and lashing is unmatched ?
