The staff were kind and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. This site is relatively central for a very reasonable price if you don’t mind a bit of refreshing uphill/downhill walking. Our room has been nice and warm in winter too : ) which I really appreciate.
I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights, perfect stop for Hobart. 15 mins walk into city, great cafes/restaurants nearby. They have VHS tapes you can borrow to watch in your room which was cool. Didn’t use the wifi.
Room: space, comfy beds, heated, extra pillows and blanket. Coffee, Tea avail. Microwave + Kettle.
Bathroom: slight issue with drainage but didn’t bother me that much, water was hot for shower/bath.
Honestly, was perfect for dark mofo and would be good for a road trip as parking available.

Cleaner does not clean under the beds so look at your own peril. Room B had a lot of food scraps hidden underneath that were weeks old if not older. Shame as we previously enjoyed our stays here.

Stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed another night, but had to get home. Great service when I arrived and the room was spacious, comfortable and had great views. Would definitely stay here again.

Not too far from Hobart city centre, restaurants and Hobart tourist area. We practically walked from the motel but the return journey to motel is hard due to steep incline. A Uber service from the city centre to motel cost about $9. The car park is narrow but available. Parking is also available on the street.|The rooms are large and comfortable with a two seater sofa. The TV is very small to watch from the sofa. WiFi is good.|Room service and cleaning is minimal. During our 3 days the rooms were not even vacuumed but the towels and tea/coffee were replaced.|Good place to stay at reasonable cost and have good access to restaurants, city and all Hobart tourist places by walking.

Rooms are spacious, but OLD and SMELLY. No actions were taken to make the room fresh. Yes, it is a tidy room. Again, I didn't bother to open the windows. No community kitchen.😕 . Have had better at that price. Thanks.

Well let's just say I'll never be staying here again!

My room didn't have cold water (not fun when got kids) couldn't shower! When spoke to the manger she did provided a key to go use another room (only for showers) well this is what I walked into 🤮 I'm disgusted by knowing they clean the dishes in the SPA BATH! When I requested a refund she told me no and that it's fine to wash dishes in spa, as spa don't work! I then said lies my friend was in that room with her partner and they have video's of them using spa! She wasn't to happy with that!
Not to mention soundproof rooms apparently hey.. that's why we was woken to people fighting and screaming outside the hotel

Very quiet location. Great parking and friendly service. Bed and pillows very clean and comfortable. However, rooms need an upgrade(new bathroom appliances, new carpets etc). Some room scent also required.
