I love coming to Maya Beauty. Liv is my go to beautician, she’s warm and caring and very professional, her work is top level, I always leave feeling beautiful ? She’s punctual and very respectful, I love how she always asks me if I’m happy with the results and is happy to adjust things if necessary, always with the most beautiful disposition. I had a deeply upsetting experience during my waxing appointment. The technician was unprofessional, seemed unskilled, and didn’t communicate throughout the process, causing significant discomfort. Despite a small discount from Hannah, I believe a full refund was warranted given the distress caused, which affected my plans for the evening.
