Very convenient location, close to town. Very neat, tidy and clean apartment. Great you have cooking facilities, and everything you need as far as utensils and cooking pots and pans etc, with extras. The only improvements that could be done would be a bigger television, with in house movies and maybe a sectional couch, for comfort. Beds were very comfortable. I also liked the fact you had off street parking, that is great. We really enjoyed our stay. It was also nice and quiet.

I always stop in here in my way through to S.A. Love the washer dryer combo inside each unit. Price has gone through the roof unfortunately.

This little block of recently renovated four serviced apartments are ideally suited to a family travelling on a budget. The neighbourhood is fairly rough with a burnt out house next door but having said that they are only a couple hundred metres from very expensive (twice the price) popular serviced apartments and top rated lake view hotels. We really appreciated the super efficient air-con and being able to cook dinner on the gas stove and wash/dry our clothes. The owner was great and communicated well re key collection etc. A little traffic noise and a couple trains but not enough to disrupt sleep. We stayed 3 nights and our family will return 🙂

I recently attended a family function in Shepparton. Coming from Melbourne, it was too far to travel up and back in the one day, especially as the "official" part of the day started at 1.30pm, and then the reception didn't start til 6pm. So my husband and I, and his brother and partner rented one of the Maude St Apartments. It had enough room to sleep 4 people, but my husband and I slept in the twin beds in the second bedroom.||The owner/manager Nicole was very friendly and helpful. Because we were driving 3 hours to get there, and it was a very formal wedding, we weren't sure how we were going to go time-wise with getting ready and then getting to the church. However I spoke to Nicole on the phone and explained our situation, and she gave us permission to check in at 11am, which was fantastic.||The room, when we arrived, was spotlessly clean. It looked very well taken care of. By the time the end of the (long) day came around, we were all more than ready for sleep. The bed I slept in was (no exaggeration) one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was warm, it also had an electric blanket, it had a very comfortable mattress, and I could have happily stayed in bed all day!!||I would not hesitate to recommend Maude St Serviced Apartments to anyone need a night or a bit longer in Shepparton

Good value for money and great location. Within walking distance to the Town Centre, Victoria Lake Reserve and Skatepark, Aquamoves Swimming Pool, Art Museum etc

A couple of things to note: There is no Wi-Fi (not a big deal, just something to be aware of), and there were a few hoons driving past the Apartments at night (It was Fri/Sat night). However, these things didn't detract from our overall experience and we would be happy to stay here again.

Great location, great size for extended stay.I would stay again only if the cleanliness of the accommodation is improved by 100%.The carpet is putrid,I had to clean the mould of the shower floors and walls before we would use it.The dishes had to be washed as they were in the cupboard dirty.Bathroom basin is partially blocked and mouldy.The walls were splashed with various obvious stains.The towels were clean but terrible permanent stains on them and cleaning products were all empty.The oven and microwave both need a thorough clean.

We had 3 families booked 2 BR apartments and stayed 3 nights. Apartments were located next to each other, they were clean and in very good quality. ||Property is located next to Shepparton town center close to shops, chemist warehouse etc. Will stay again!

We have a three year old and wanted value accommodation in Shepparton and struggled to find something and then we found this place. Wow, booking was a dream, great communication with the venue and we will arrived on a 42 degree day it was a nice surprise to enter and have the air con on. This little gem had everything we could want, close to the lake, close to the centre of town, a great kitchen, spacious rooms and very VERY clean.||I would highly recommend this venue for couples or families, it really ticks all the boxes, we are definitely coming back.
