I have had my nails done at many salons, and have never had them last this long! I had an acrylic set with tips done 21 days ago, and not a single nail has chipped, lifted or broken, even playing sports( I normally struggle to make 2 weeks without losing one or two). The only possible negative I have is that I was on holiday and cannot go back to regularly visit this salon.

Most Impressive of all Nail Studios I have ever used, extremely friendly, welcoming & helpful, I love the work they have done for both my feet & nails, I will keep returning every 3 or 4 weeks. The pedicure is so relaxing with the excellent massage chairs. Perfect everytime, I couldn't ask for better service. Thankyou Mastery Nail Studio.

It was my first visit them today and definitely is going to be the last one.
The quality of the service and product is generally poor comparison to other salons with the same prices.
The person who did my nails rushed and wasn’t polite at all. He didn’t put enough product on the side of my nails and it doesn’t look nice as you can see from the pictures I uploaded here. When I gave feedbacks about what I wasn’t happy about my nails he got sort a angry and left the table without saying anything at the end.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience and service I had and I won’t go back there again.

It deserves less than one star. Definitely the place with the rudest and most unhappy people I’ve ever encountered. The owner, queen of rude and disrespectful behavior, looks at and treats people as if they’re stupid, always condescending. They speak only their own language in front of customers, and many of them don’t understand English. At least the girl who did my nails didn’t do a bad job.

I was going to get a refill here today but they forced me to pay extra to soak off my nails when there was no need to, they also left my hands in acid tone for 40 minutes and my skin started peeling. Than when they asked what lengtg I wanted I showed them where and the lady I had kept asking if I wanted them shorter than proceeded to cut them shorter without me knowing, they also took 2 and a half hours to do my nails when it usually only takes about 40 minutes
. Yes they are very lovely but paying 90$ was not worth the experience
