Suitable for those of us who are on the jumpy side.

Patient and reassuring staff.
Quality service and services.

Staff were willing to work with me for a resting posture (seated, shoulder massage) that worked for my individual needs.

Reflexology was a good choice for me. Feet don't have to ache all the time, who knew.

The ambiance - Beautiful - gentle strength, quiet, and safe.

Again, definitely suitable for those of us on the jumpy side.

Our group was a party of 3 for full body massages, and unfortunately it felt more like an exorcism than any kind of therapeutic experience. My massage was so intense (even after asking several times for the pressure to be less) that my bed was pushed from the middle of the room, to hit the back wall and stay there! It was painful and rough and I was jumping and wincing. Usually towards the end of a full body you are turned over so the pressure build up in the face can relax before leaving, finishing with some face, head, or neck work, but this did not occur at all. Our other guest walked out and said 'I've just been to war for an hour' and his massage was intensely painful for the entire time, and our 3rd guest said their masseuse left the room 7 times in the hour allotment. Unfortunately it was a terribly aggressive experience 🙁

*Thank you for your response. The massages took place on 12th Feburary (my birthday) appointment booked between 2pm - 3pm. Booking was not in my name as it was a gift from one of the other attendees.

I have a great experience at massage spirit.
I walked in with a massive pain in the glute to the point where I could barely walk. Left feeling so much better, basically pain free and very relaxed

Felt like I got the A+ experience. Went for a 45 min reflexology treatment got a heat pack for my shoulders a cold bottle of water and the massage was amazing! I will definitely be making this my stop when visiting Stocklands Townsville.
