I really enjoyed the service from Craig. He listened to my existing issues with my lower back and was mindful not to aggravate this area. With that being said he managed to balance still massaging with enough pressure to relieve my muscle strains and relax them. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I would recommend to others and intend to return myself.

I bought a $100 voucher for my mum for Christmas. She booked her massage on the website and arrived at the location for her appointment. When she arrived there were signs plastered on the building saying "SCAM!" and "FRAUD!". Doors were all locked with no answer to knocking. She called 8 times and was not answered. A cleaner arrived and stated they came every Sunday to see owner and clean but they were not there today. Was told to try their email. Both my mother and I have emailed, called and messaged the business with zero response. Waste of $100 and waste of a trip making my mum drive all the way there after multiple emailed appointment confirmations. I can see in other reviews that the business is refusing contact and not issuing refunds, I will be reporting to the ACCC.

Terrible service. Came in the first time for our couples massage and with no pre appointment warning was told she did not have staff to complete the massage due to a family emergency. Fair enough. We rebooked and she put into the computer as we watched her.
Came back for our rebooked appointment only to be told there wasn't an appointment booked for us and she had no staff to do the booked massage that apparently wasn't in the computer. She then went on to say that we were the second couple that this had happened to that week.
We then left the store with no rebook as we were not impressed with the service and had determined that we would not go back there again.
We didn't leave a review.
Next thing we know today we received a phone call from her asking what payment method we used when we received our massage that we didn't receive.
I was not impressed and started to correct her and tell her I was not impressed when she rudely spoke over the top of me to the point I hung up.
Definitely do not recommend. The worst thing about all of this is I booked the initial appointment as hubby's birthday present. I am only leaving 1 star as I can't leave zero.

Over the years I have had many massages and Jan would be one of the best. Her massage is extremely therapeutic and her gift for rieki is outstanding. I have been twice now and feel invigorated and uplifted. Thanks Jan for your healing hands. I will be back.

Craig is magician .
I have been suffering from shoulder and neck pain for long time and getting frequent massages everywhere, but as soon as massage got over my pain came back.
But for first time, Craig focussed completely on my shoulders and after long time I feel my shoulders are free and lighter.
Can’t wait to go again to relive the magic.

Booked a couples massage and received a confirmation email. Showed up at the business at least 15minutes early and it was locked and closed. Had a look through the window and seemed operational with furniture and signs etc. Called the number multiple times and was disconnected. Messaged their Facebook page and no response. Absolutely disgusted with this service and very disappointed as I was really looking forward to the massage. Will definitely be repeating this review whenever asked about recommendations for massage places and will try to return to the business and speak to them personally
