Update— Danielle the retreat director contacted me directly to discuss my concerns and basically offer a do over. Thank you Danielle for reaching out to try to make things right. I will update this review in the future if the future massage is any better.

Recently booked a couples massage here for our anniversary. I wish I was here to write a great review. I was really looking forward to it especially since I’m a massage therapist myself and have really been needing some self care. Both our therapist failed to focus on our problem areas we asked for. They almost seemed afraid to actually put effort into providing the massages. Mine basically sat down the entire time and scratched me so many times(it really hurt) i just wanted it to be over. Please tell your therapist to make sure their nails are kept short. We left unsatisfied.

I booked an appointment in ClassPass. While I am literally driving to the appt, I get an EMAIL that they don’t have availability. Apparently they forgot to check the schedule. Too bad I booked this several days ago. They’re just lazy and incompetent. If this was the first time, it wouldn’t be a big deal. They claim they kindly ask people to call to confirm availability. It does not say that anywhere on the profile nor on the appointment confirmation. Irritating waste of time.

10/10 highly recommend! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and Yvonne did an excellent job. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years after a car accident about 10 years ago, and I can definitively say that was the best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Have been consistently coming now for about 5 or 6 months went ahead and bought a $600 gift card. My favorite masseuse is Michael just because I prefer extremely deep tissue as I have high tolerance to pain. African very friendly and on the first name basis with all of the staff including the owner, Joe who was also very nice

Dawn gave me one of the best experiences I’ve had. She listened to my concerns and was able to relieve my pain from muscle tension and stress. She also gave me the BEST scalp massage I’ve ever had! I’m undoubtedly going to return. I don’t think I would have had the migraines if I had been there regularly.

I visited 8/18/24 using some of my extra ClassPass credits. I will note at some gyms/spas/salons you get treated differently b/c you are a ClassPass user. This was not the case here. They were SO nice and welcoming. Riana was amazing for my facial! I highly recommend her and would definitely request her in the future. The front desk staff is very welcoming and the space is very clean and smells spa like. 10/10 thank you Riana!
