The staff was very mature and polite during my visit. Yolanda was very kind and made sure that I was comfortable during my massage. I walked out of my massage with little to no back pain for the first time in a near 8 years. Will 100% be going back again for another massage.

Elizabeth is everything you could ask for in an amazing massage therapist! She’s extremely professional, intuitive, and skilled. Her ability to tailor the session to my needs was outstanding—she focused on my very tense neck and worked with precision and care to relieve the discomfort. As a big guy, I was especially impressed by her ability to apply just the right amount of pressure, showing both strength and expertise. On top of that, her calming presence and attention to detail made the entire experience deeply relaxing. I’m definitely returning to work on other areas of my body. My visit was extremely professional and the atmosphere was very calming. I’ve had a number of massages all over the country over the years and Kaitlin is one of the best. She applied perfect pressure where needed and was able to tell which muscles needed more or less pressure without prompting. Absolutely a must go to place if you need a massage!

I have been a paying member and client for over a year. I come in more than once a month throughout the year. I left a voicemail over night for an appointment I had due to medical emergency. Something completely out of my control. No empathy or “hope you get better” just a “we are still going to charge you.
“This is our policy” even when asking for consideration around the circumstances. I told Amanda the manager if they can’t work with loyal clients then they don’t need my business.
I canceled my membership. My husband will cancel his. Also, they will no longer receive the business from me sending my mother and my mother in law in for massages periodically that I pay for.

I’ll gladly take my business somewhere that is more understanding when life happens, especially with local clients.

Other things to add: the folks that the front need to keep it down. Nothing like laying these prices and hearing the front cackling nonstop or loud transitions.

I, like most people have a lot of stress in my life. I could tell that I needed some massage therapy so I finally I made an appointment. I am so glad that I did! Lisa asked good questions to make sure that my massage was just like I was hoping for. She checked back during my treatment to make sure the pressure was enough or not too much.

The staff is always so sweet and friendly. Lucinda is an amazing therapist. She listens and cares to every body pain I have. And I love all her suggestions. I highly recommend this place, and the hours are amazing for an evening massage.
