I had the most relaxing, long and luxurious massage with Mayumi! She is a very skilled massage therapist and knows exactly where to find all the spots that need working out. The space is warm and inviting and I love the fruity tea. She started with a foot soak and reflexology foot massage. Then she did a Vagus Nerve massage which helps to balance hormones, the digestive system for gut health, and relieve stress. I woke up the next day feeling refreshed after the best nights sleep. I highly recommend Massage at Sanctuary! Definitely coming back again.
