Patricia gave me the best Massage ever!
These aren’t like the massages you get at a random massage place in your city, it’s better than that! Patricia actually had a conversation to me about my concerns and what she can do to help. She definitely helped!! I asked her about the Float because I had no idea what it was, she persuaded me to try it and I did and it was amazing!! Very relaxing experience, 10/10 recommend!

What happened? I’ve been coming here for 16 years. I look forward to every visit, never choosing a therapist, trusting the center to only have the best of the best therapists.

My recent visit was with a new therapist (only 4 weeks he told me) to the centre, told me he only could do hard massages, didn’t pull back when he was hurting me and I told him so. I have never had a massage where I’ve had to tell the therapist on multiple occasions to stop or go gentle, only to be ignored. I am recovering from a meniscus surgery, so asked him to be aware of that, but he wasn’t aware of what that was. I never in my life wished a massage to be over until now. I raced out of the centre, bruised, in agony. A week later I still have pain in the places he went hard.

After receiving emails to rate the centre I reached out letting them know the experience, genuinely wanting to offer feedback as I have loved coming here for so long. The therapist then called and texted me, which shocked me. I never gave permission for a therapist to directly contact me. I called the centre and shared my genuine concerns and was told a manager would call me.

So far. No response. But sadly I won’t be going back. What a shame.

The bath and massage itself was lovely. However, the experience was hindered by the experience not going as planned with the sound (music) being on the whole time. They way you are supposed to know your session is coming to an end is the music coming back on. As such, the later half of the experience was unable to be fully immersed as was constantly thinking about the time. I advised reception and they have kindly offered another booking voucher to do it again. Much appreciated. I do have to agree with some of the other comments/reviews about the foyer/waiting room experience. Lots of chatter, people not working there sitting behind the counter (was near the end of day) and general gossip. Overall all the 'product' itself was fantastic, the expeprience itself... not so much.

Yesterday Friday evening, I had one of the worst massages I’ve ever experienced. I went to Float Massage because they supposedly have highly qualified staff. I specifically requested a sports massage as I do high-performance sports and I was feeling super sore. I clearly asked the therapist to focus on my upper body where I had knots, but that’s exactly what she didn’t do. She barely applied any pressure honestly, it felt more like soft/relaxating massage. I spent a lot of money on a 90-minute session that didn’t help at all. In fact, today I’m going somewhere else for another massage. I’m really frustrated because I was her last client on a Friday night and it felt like she just didn’t seem to care and just want to finish (in fact we started 07.10 pm and even though it was 90 minute massage she finished it at 08.30 pm) . Despite me asking her to focus on my upper body to release those knots there was no real pressure or focus in that area. It was a complete waste of time and money. I’m definitely not going back there.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bondi Massage and Float, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

The massage I received was absolutely fantastic—my therapist was skilled and attentive, making sure to address all my tension and stress points. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The float experience was equally amazing. The serene environment allowed me to fully unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a unique and refreshing way to recharge both my body and mind.

Overall, my experience at Bondi Massage and Float exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly and professional, and the services provided are top-notch. That’s why I always come back definitely one of best therapy places in Bondi .Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Minu.S

Came here for the second time. Last time was great, hence the return. However, this time, I had a Sebina Wong. The following is in no way an exaggeration… When asked, I advised that I wanted a nice, relaxing, feel good massage, with a focus on my back. She proceeded to barely touch my legs, moving at a literal snail pace for the next ten minutes. When I finally got the balls to ask for more pressure, I regretted it immediately as she put her whole might into getting every knot out. Which for some, might be great, but it was not what I asked for. She continued one hand barely touching me, snail pace, and the other just digging into any knot present. After about an hour of holding my breath and tensing so much I got a migraine, I finally pushed through my anxiety to advised her that I was in a lot of pain, not to touch anymore knots and just make it feel nice. She then went back to barely touching me and snail pace. I was genuinely laying there contemplating asking to finish early because I couldn’t feel a thing. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had, and I spent months looking forward to it. $165 for the most expensive migraine I’ve ever had. Three days later and I’m still in so much paid all over my body, it’s ridiculous. I’ve had much better massages for half the price. Will not be back.

I’ve been to Massage and Float Bondi Junction a few times recently for facials and a float. Each time the experience has been excellent. The staff are very welcoming and the therapists are really good. Barbara in particular is fantastic! Highly recommended.
