I had a 60min massage with Janice and she was lovely. She used a good amount of pressure and often checked in to see how I was doing. My body feels so much more relaxed today (24hrs later) and it was very affordable. Highly recommend booking in a massage with this business, I will be booking regularly.

I recently made a booking with Vikki-Lee. Upon arrival Vikki looked frazzled because the aircon in the back room had been playing up. We had to go outside to another room as it was not in the building. The back room was presentable but the floor wasn’t vacuumed when I took my shoes off to sit on the bed there was so much dirt on my feet.

Then she thought I booked in for a 30 minute massage when I had actually booked a 45 minute massage. She said it was fine but it is nice for the therapist to know the clients correct booking details prior to the massage.

I went to this place because I read such GREAT reviews but now going back and reading them again I realised a lot of them are from over a year ago. Vikki was friendly and began massaging me and chatting. It wasn’t the best massage I’ve ever had and it wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t worth $80 for 45 minutes. She began chatting to me at the start and I was replying back. Now we all get a massage to relax and unwind but I did not get that service.

Vikki talked throughout the entire massage it was terrible. I went in with a headache and left with a headache. It was very unprofessional she kept talking all about herself and her new business and its prices, then if you think it stopped there it didn’t. She went on a tangent from asking me lots of personal questions to telling me jokes about why the chicken crossed the road! No joke! It was terrible and when I thought she had such stopped she started again. There were so many times I did not reply and times I did respond. I thought she would’ve got the point when I stayed quiet but she didn’t! Yes I know you’re probably reading this thinking why didn’t I tell her to stop talking and ask for a silent massage but I didn’t. I honestly shouldn’t have to tell a senior therapist how to behave during a massage. Massages aren’t cheap these days it’s a treat and we go there to relax. A senior therapist should know damn well how to treat a client and let them relax. She even said to me at one point sorry I talk a lot I know HAHA but I try to distract people from tensing up so they can relax. I can tell you now I was definitely not relaxed! She also did this weird thing at the end where she said it helps people with anxiety. I told her I don’t like people massaging my ears but I let her do it and she put her fingers in my ear and made a circular motion.

I think people need to make sure they read how recent the reviews are to get a better idea of a place and their services. Unfortunately, would I ever go back? Definitely not..

Great Massage! I was tense from spending days in the car while on a roadtrip to Mackay, so booked a 90 minute hot stone massage with Doa. Was not disappointed.
Not being from the are I relied on GPS to get me there and unfortunately it took me to an old address. Luckily they are still on the same street.
Online booking is super easy and rates are reasonable.

Nothing addictive here. The masseuse kept on talking to me about her problems. When she finished, she left me drooling in oil so that I had to wipe off as much as I could before getting dressed. For a relaxation massage, it was irritating - not relaxing.
