A lovely renovated RSL. Maybe better for dinner for the younger crowd..but lunch was still amazing re good. Hubby enjoyed the roast and I thoroughly enjoyed the new Coconut Poached Asian chicken. A must try! Staff were great, checking on you. Give it a go!

We went to RSL Maroochydore last Friday and we have dinner , my partner and I order this Barramundi with beautiful salad on the side , the
Barramundi is Fresh and Tasty we both enjoy our Friday night ..I’m highly recommend this to our Friends and Family the Best Fish I ever have for a weeks ..😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

My steak was perfect. Food service was great. We love the new procedure that we get our orders taken at the table.
However- One bar person is too busy to serve me -he was more interested in picking up bottle tops - I was the only person at the bar. He should not be in a bar he should be out the back cleaning up cause he’s not interested in serving customers.

Overall a nice club & a good experience over our 2 visits.

Large club with pokies off reception but very discrete & don't need to go near.

A large sports bar/tab area off reception but again very separate & private - lots of screens but quiet & has own bar.

A cafe & separate bistro with both areas serviced by main bar.

Staff in all areas were great - bar staff remembered your order.

We ate in the bistro & unfortunately one meal was not up to expectations. Raised with staff & issue sorted. Table service applied.

Cafe served deserts & coffee. Both good.

Drinks seemed fairly priced as did meals - burger came with a free drink which was nice.

Parking across road or on street.

Overall nice spot.

Refer attached photos of 'before' dance bands cancellation ( including short video ) and 'after' dance bands cancellation. Both photos taken at about 8.30pm Sunday evenings.

Extremely disappointed with the attitude of Maroochy RSL CEO and Management Team. They have stopped the very popular sunday evening dance bands that had been performing for over 20 years. Instead they are providing dinner or background music only. Over 70 club members wrote to the CEO via email, and he has not had the courtesy to reply or return numerous phone calls. These sunday evenings had provided both physical and mental benefits to mainly mature age club members. It was also a great social opportunity to meet up with like-minded friends. These sundays were much more than just a dance evening.

Re owners Reply....
1. Soloists on a stool playing slow ballards does not constitute dance music. ( we were also told there would still be duos playing on sundays - but that has not happened ).
2. The sunday bands were NOT too loud - it was difficult to even hear them half way back in the room from the stage.. The noise in the area was coming from over 100 patrons just chatting and enjoying themselves !! Also the band noise level was regularly checked throughout the evening by security staff.
3. Almost all tables in front of the stage area, were regularly booked by dancers wanting to be near the band, so the apparent "feedback from diners" reason doesn't seem logical. There is also plenty of dining space adjacent, - which provides quieter dining if required.
4. The CEO still has not made contact.

What a great club! With its own undercover parking station across the road from the club's main entrance, it is easy to get to and park. Was greeted by the friendly receptionist and loved the modern design and layout. With escalots and a lift to Level 1, attending a conference, workshop, function/event was also easy. The gaming room area was lovely, featuring a digitalised lit aquarium on a central pillar. The cafe/ restaurant is ground floor, with a comfortable layout. Congratulations to all for such a pleasant experience. We'll be back!

Hi everyone , What a lovely place. You go in happy and come out happier! The staff are just lovely. The chefs in the bistro are great. The service and meals are supurb. It is so lovely to have entertainment. It makes the venue even more special. Home away from home. We will see you all at our Maroochy RSL 🙂
