Great location, definitely. But the bungalow we were assigned didn't match the per night price we paid. There was a dirty BBQ smell that hit us instantly when we opened our bungalow door. Cleanliness I would offer 2.5 stars. Wont be returning.

The driveway how horrendous the potholes were like craters, it would not take much to put gravel in them. The unit, old and dated. There was only 2 of us and we struggled with the small low fridge. Small TV as well. Noisy small air con.. Big shower but no where to put anything in bath room lack of hooks. Setting was beautiful, road noise was not a problem, can't say the same for other guests, loud ones in the afternoon, then ones kicking footy outside after 10pm and people fishing off the bank around midnight..

Good value for money if all worked well. Was clean, tidy & a nice setting. Staff where helpful & friendly. Pretty constant sewerage smell didn't help. Kitchen would be difficult for longer than a couple of days stay....small bar fridge only, but full sized stove & no storage space for groceries! Badly needs an exhaust in the bathroom - probably ok in summer when it's comfortable to leave the windows open to let any steam out. All round it probably would've been a better experience in warmer weather.

Ok,is a great value for a budget, location is 10/10 ,pretty close from everything and everywhere lol but the amenities and the bathroom etc needs an upgrade urgently, is pretty old .
But for a Plan B if everything is booked, you can't go wrong.
At the end you just go there to sleep.

Have just booked in to Bunglow 1 definitely not what is pictured. Everything is old. Shower has mould. Very very disappointed. Never again would get my money back if I could

Enjoyed a two-night stay at Maroochy Bungalows while seeing attractions on the Sunshine Coast. A nice relaxing spot with all the essentials covered. The staff were great too. However, in general the place was a little dated and could do with some modern upgrades.

I wouldn't stay here again.
Heating doesn't work on AC. Had temp on 30° and still blowing cold. Rooms were freezing. Found later the day we left, behind the main bed, the floor has separated from the building. The main bed was lumpy as and the other 2 rock solid! Woke daily with crook neck. The shower head squirted water everywhere and has been previously taped up. The bathroom door doesnt shut. Had to put the "bath mat" over the door to jam it so could have a shower. The screen door and glass door get Jared. The part the door locks into is breaking off the building. There were only 2 extra blankets and 1 towel for 3 days... Room is apparently for 4 people.. All the kitchen ware was sticky greasy feeling. Had to wash anything we used in super hot soapy water first. The driveway was horrendous! There are soo many potholes. Had to swive or drive on the other side of the road to avoid. Can so so much more about this place, but you get the idea. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!!!
Definitely will not be wasting money there again.
