Just left after the most amazing long weekend with my family and other family friends- it was hard to leave the stunning views and relaxed and quiet vibe of the resort. We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse with a rooftop and we were very happy with the spacious rooms and big balcony.

Everything was clean and comfortable and well set out. We found Joe the manager to be very responsive and he personally brought up anything we needed very soon after he was contacted. My daughter desperately needed the bathroom when we arrived and he quickly got our key and took us to the lift so we could use our bathroom instead of the public restroom by the pool whilst my husband checked us in.

The pool and spa was a great temperature with all of our kids spending most of their time swimming and playing tennis.

Chemist warehouse and a beautiful coffee shop “Bobbi Lane”(amongst others) and a cocktail and tapas bar were a very short walk up the main road.

Proximity to the beach was absolutely amazing. Walk out the gate and through the scrub and in one minute you have the ocean at your feet.

100% recommend! We cannot wait to come back. We have decided to make it an annual trip with more family and friends next time ❤️

Room 123 is absolutely disgusting. It is in a state of disrepair. Everything was covered in rust and mould. The fridge didn’t work. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything for lease like that. I would definitely hand the keys back instantly. If they tried to give you room 123 we had exposed wires mould throughout the bathrooms the floor was covered in stainsrust on the dining room table dirty cutlery in the dishwasher. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there. It is not fit for human Accommodation.

Unit 120 was great. Clean. Had everything needed for our stay. Great views and location. 3 bed 2 bath with rooftop views of 360 degree. Pool and spa and grounds area were very nice with beach access just across the dunes. Short walk to Mudjimba. Beautiful beaches.

We were very disappointed with our stay. For $400 per night, we expected a much higher standard. The fridge was inoperable, with a spare one awkwardly placed in the lounge. There was visible mould on electrical devices and in the shower, and the curtains were made of a plastic material that was in a questionable state. Even more concerning, some appliances had exposed wires, which surely would not meet safety regulations. To top it off, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, presumably from the previous guests. While we received a $200 refund, this unit should never have been offered in its current condition.

We stayed in Unit 10, it was nothing short of disgusting. Extreme mould in the tile grout in ensuite shower, very rusty toilet roll holders, very mouldy curtains and blinds, filthy range hood filters, the kitchen bin was mouldy when you lifted out the bag, the inside of the windows had kids greasy handprints all over them, one arm chair had its guts hanging on the floor underneath it, there was someone's dirty socks between the cushions on the couch and under the cushions there was heaps of grime and food crumbs. No dustpan and when I asked the manager for one, he said there isn't one use the vacuum cleaner and there was lots more.| I told him and a receptionist about the mould and lack of cleanliness, Care factor was zero.

Enjoying our time here at holiday accommodation (third party). Nice pool and basketball court. Secure parking. Direct access to the beach with extensive walking path at the rear of property

3 bedroom rooftop apartment has wonderful views over Marcoola beach and horizon. Sleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The spiral staircase to roof top is a little tight and slim but the view is worth it. Comfy beds and hot showers. Plenty of room inside and big balcony. The pool and spa is great and nice BBQ area, with showers. Will stay again. Very close to supermarket and airport.

Only con- no towels in apartment.

Very spacious and luxurious apartment for the weekend. Excellent parking on site and easy accessibility. Shops close by.
