Had a fantastic stay at Mantra One! The location is excellent—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great convenience. We enjoyed watching Netflix on TV at night, which was a nice touch. The best part was the welcome screen—it had all the information about the hotel and nearby tourist attractions, making it super easy to plan activities. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Stayed here for 8 nights with wife and adult son. Room was excellent and a view over the park. Close proximity to the city and Salamanca/cafes and eateries. If you have a car, booking a space in the car park is a must. Street parking isn’t convenient. The staff are helpful. Communication in lead up is very good. A short walk to cracking coffee at Lobby Eatery in Macquarie St.

From the time of our arrival to departure we were treated with sincerity. All staff were extremely obliging with any request and went out of their way to aid us with parking on a daily basis. The hotel was in a perfect location, very clean and maintained (especially considering it’s a 105 year old building. I like the fact that the original part of the building still uses the original lift).
I would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect, nearby the beautiful garden and Salamanca Market. The facilities in the room are complete, it could be our second home. Cleanliness and privacy are also very well maintained.

Holiday stay in the centre of Hobart such a well located historical building with large hospitable rooms, and appliances. Bathrooms modern and comfortable ... lack of parking an issue. Very friendly service and staff

Travelling in a party of 3 adults and a 12 week old baby. Our flight landed at 930 am, and we arrived at the hotel very early to request luggage storage until check in time. How delighted were we when we were told the room had been cleaned, and we could access it immediately.

Clearly staff are accommodating and helpful.

We had a cot brought to the room for the baby, and a lovely pack of baby toiletries were provided too.

It was an extraordinarily spacious two bedroom apartment that had everything - full kitchen, laundry, spacious living areas. The stairs to the upper bedroom had a door to close them off and limit access, making it safer for young children, and providing more privacy to anyone using the upstairs suite.

Great location for Salamanca markets and waterfront.

We would book this hotel if planning another stay in Hobart, and wouldn’t bother looking for other deals. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was the perfect location for the Salamanca Market area, including restaurants, cafes and shops. The parking located within building was very convenient as we were going for day trips during the day. Huge living space and the washing machine was a big plus.

We stayed at Mantra One to see the Hobart Wooden Boat festival. The location was perfect. The apartment was perfect even down to a washing machine. Anagha Gas greeted us on our arrival and did everything she could to make our stay and other travellers too, perfect. An amazing member of staff, the Mantra are very lucky to have her. Between the fellow who was doing the cleaning and Ana, they ran the whole place faultlessly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
