Room was adequately sized, fairly clean, but facilities were slightly dated. Breakfast food was good along with great service. The one lift that was operating was quite scary to go on, as it was also slightly old and rickety. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. However, there was an unusual odor in both the room and the bathroom that made me feel slightly dizzy. I had to keep the back door open for ventilation. The front desk staff was lovely and welcoming, but there was only one person on duty. This meant that if multiple guests arrived at the same time, you might have to wait a while to check in. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, and plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for both work and sightseeing. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was great for a longer stay. Only minor downside was that the room felt a bit dated in parts, but everything was functional and tidy.

Great location with a nice view of Darling Harbour. Super convenient for getting around Sydney, but the room itself was pretty average. Decent for a short stay

Had a great stay. The rooms were excellent. I particularly liked the new fridges and bathroom size |Staff was wonderful from the reception to housekeeping. Every single member of staff has been so lovely and amazing they are an excellent set of people and deserve much praise for helping everything progress smoothly.

While the rooms were comfortable and well suited to a family of four, there were two very big let downs that soured our experience. The main issue was the water pressure in the showers. It was probably the worst shower I have ever experienced in an Accor hotel. Barely enough water to shower. The other issue was the TVs were practically useless with hardly any tv channels (including no sport) and no internet working on the TVs which meant we couldn’t use any of the built in entertainment apps. No other amenities in the building like gym or pool. Breakfast selection was ok. The complimentary wine bottle and water on checkin were much appreciated and staff were friendly. I wouldn’t stay again until maintenance issues were fixed.

We had a lovely one night stay in this hotel on the weekend .. staff were amazing as I foolishly booked the wrong weekend.. the manager rang head office to move the funds from the wrong weekend to the current night of stay .. even though it was in the no refund period for the hotels policy .
The 1 bed studio was well appointed and very nicely decorated, top quality bathroom hand and body wash .. and really comfy bed

Everything is ok. Nothing is good and nothing is bad. You are getting what you pay for at the Mantra on Kent. Rooms are ok, location is ok.

Bathrooms are quite nice though.

Breakfast is ok. A bit below average. Not a great deal of selection and the quality is below average. Service is one star because I paid for the buffet breakfast and they said they would be charging me if I have a second coffee.

We won't be returning however it is ok for a cheap option.
